Baby Ariel Plays a Pop Star In This New Clip From 'Family Reunion' - Exclusive!

We have an exclusive clip of Ariel Martin, aka Baby Ariel, from her appearance on the upcoming season of Family Reunion!

The Zombies 2 star will guest star in the Netflix series as a famous pop star named Jinji Star.

In the episode, Jinji finds out Shaka (Isaiah Russell-Bailey) got rejected and asks him out to the school dance. In the clip, she meets the family before the dance, as they all fangirl over her.

Also featured in the clip include Isaiah, of course, Talia Jackson, Tia Mowry-Hardrict, Anthony Alabi, Jordyn Raya James and Cameron J Wright.

Family Reunion's Isaiah Russell-Bailey Cast as Lead In Disney+ Movie 'Crater'

Isaiah Russell-Bailey has landed the lead role in the upcoming movie Crater!

The 14-year-old Family Reunion actor will play a boy who grows up on a lunar colony after the death of his father, Deadline reveals.

Here’s a synopsis: A coming-of-age story in the vein of Stand By Me, set on a moon colony. After the death of his father, a boy growing up on a lunar mining colony takes a trip to explore a mysterious crater, along with his four best friends, prior to being permanently relocated to another planet.

Also just announced to join the cast include Billy Barratt, Orson Hong and Thomas Boyce. They join previously announced McKenna Grace as the four best friends.

Isaiah can currently be seen in the Netflix series Family Reunion as Shaka, which will premiere a new batch of episodes in just over a week. Watch the trailer here!

You can also catch him in the film We Can Be Heroes, where his real life mom also plays his mom in the movie. The superhero flick already has a sequel in the works.

The trailer for the upcoming part three of Family Reunion has arrived!

Also released are first look photos from the second season of the show, which stars Talia Jackson, Isaiah Russell-Bailey, Loretta Devine, Tia Mowry-Hardrict, Anthony Alabi, Jordyn Raya James, Cameron J. Wright

The new season continues to follow the McKellans as they settle into their new lives in the South and even more hilarious antics ensue as they learn to live together under M’Dear’s roof and the family bonding gets real.

“In Part 3, the McKellans will grapple with comprehending death, experience financial insecurity, explore the awkwardness of discussing race with nonblack friends, and fight gentrification after discovering the importance of knowing their history. The younger characters learn from the lived experiences of their elders,” series creator Meg Deloatch said in a statement.

This season will also have some great co-stars, including Tia‘s brother Tahj Mowry, Zombies 2‘s Ariel Martin, Ashley Garcia‘s Bella Podaras, Anika Noni Rose and more. If you missed it, this Julie and the Phantoms star will also be have a role on the show this season!

Family Reunion part three will premiere on April 5th on Netflix.

Jadah Marie Joins 'Family Reunion' Cast As This Character's Girlfriend

Jadah Marie is heading over to another Netflix series – Family Reunion!

The 15-year-old Julie and the Phantoms actress and singer has joined the cast as Isaiah Russell-Bailey‘s character Shaka’s new girlfriend.

“Shakas got a new girlfriend 👀,” Jadah captioned a pic with Isaiah.

“Shaka’s got a new girlfriend🔥 Everyone welcome @thejadahmarie to the cast of #FamilyReunion!! #Netflix #BehindTheScenes #Season2,” Isaiah wrote on his account.

While fans continue to anxiously await news for a season two of Julie and the Phantoms, they’ll be able to look forward to Jadah on Family Reunion.

In other good news, it was recently revealed that Isaiah‘s recent movie We Can Be Heroes is getting a sequel!

We Can Be Heroes is getting a sequel!!

Netflix has revealed that a second film is already in development with director Robert Rodriguez, according to THR.

The movie, which premiered on the streaming platform on Christmas Day, has already been viewed by 44 million households.

The Christmas week viewership, based on two minutes of viewing time by a subscriber, was the Netflix’s “biggest on record for the same week, year-over-year, as measured by both total view hours and average view hours per subscriber across each period.”

Here’s a synopsis: When alien invaders kidnap Earth’s superheroes, their kids are whisked away to a government safe house. But whip-smart tween Missy Moreno will stop at nothing to rescue her superhero dad, Marcus Moreno.

Isaiah Russell-Bailey has a cool new role!!

The 14-year-old actor is starring as Rewind in the new superhero film We Can Be Heroes, which is now streaming on Netflix.

Isaiah even got to act alongside his real life mom, Brittany Perry-Russell, in the movie, as she plays his character’s mom Red Lightning Fury. This awesome moment makes them the first real life mother-son superheroes!

Isaiah recently shared some behind-the-scenes footage from the movie on Instagram.

“@rodriguez you’re a genius! I’m so grateful I had the pleasure to work with you and learn from you. Thank you for trusting me with the character Rewind🙏🏽@jjdashnaw training under you and your team was the highlight of working on this film. You pushed me and I’m so glad you did. The official trailer for the upcoming film We Can Be Heroes has been released!

The new movie is in the same vein as Sky Kids and The Adventures of Sharkboy & Lavagirl, complete with appearances from the latter duo, who are now parents.

Here’s a synopsis: When alien invaders kidnap Earth’s superheroes, their kids are whisked away to a government safe house. But whip-smart tween Missy Moreno (Yaya Gosselin) will stop at nothing to rescue her superhero dad, Marcus Moreno (Pedro Pascal).

Missy teams up with the rest of the superkids to escape their mysterious government babysitter, Ms. Granada (Priyanka Chopra Jonas). If they’re going to save their parents, they’ll have to work together by using their individual powers — from elasticity to time control to predicting the future — and form an out-of-this-world team.

We Can Be Heroes is directed by Robert Rodriguez, who also directed Sky Kids and The Adventures of Sharkboy & Lavagirl. It also stars Christian Slater, Pedro Pascal, Boyd Holbrook, Vivien Blair, and Haley Reinhart, as well as Akira Akbar, Brittany Perry-Russell, Dylan Henry Lau, Hala Finley, Isaiah Russell-Bailey, Lotus Blossom and Quinton Johnson.
