Izabela Vidovic is headed to Hulu in the Veronica Mars‘ revival.
Deadline reports that the 17-year-old actress will play Matty Ross, who loses the most important person in the world to her in an act of violence, and isn’t content to wait for justice.
She goes after it herself in acts so brazen, they remind Veronica of the girl she used to be.
The rebooted series will center on Mars Investigations being hired by the parents of a spring breaker who was murdered in Neptune, thereby decimating the seaside town’s lifeblood tourist industry.
Veronica (Kristen Bell) is drawn into an epic mystery that pits the enclave’s wealthy elites, who would rather put an end to the month-long bacchanalia, against a working class that relies on the cash influx that comes with being the West Coast’s answer to Daytona Beach.
Hayden Byerly cozies up to girlfriend Izabela Vidovic just before the start of the first ever Hayden’s Hope Totes Celebrity Scavenger Hunt held at Ruby’s Diner over the weekend in Redondo Beach, Calif.
The two former Fosters stars hosted the event, which was attended by pals Kamil McFadden, Ryan Ochoa, Robert Ochoa, Spencer List, Jenna Nolen, Tori Kay Harris, Da’Vinchi, Noam Sigler, Frank Gingerich, and Morgan Gingerich.
If you don’t know, Hayden started his organization at just 15 after speaking to real foster kids who were forced from their homes with nothing.
Hayden’s Hope Totes provides foster children with a duffle bag so “they would never need to leave any of their favorite things behind.”

Ashley Argota, Izabela Vidovic and Anna Grace Barlow were just three of the many, many recurring stars on The Fosters throughout its’ five-year run.
Ahead of the series finale episode tonight, the three actresses are saying goodbye to the show with sweet messages on social media.
“I know I’m not alone in saying #TheFosters meant so much to me, for so many reasons,” Ashley wrote on Instagram. “Incredibly grateful and honored to have been a part of it, and to have played such a badass bassist. I hold a very special place in my heart for Lou, and for this show.”
She added, “Sending love to the entire cast and crew today for the series finale! Congrats, everyone!! What a beautiful ride. And remember— yesterday’s history, tomorrow’s a mystery, but tonight… we rock your faces off.”

The Fosters co-stars were joined at the opening by another co-star Kalama Epstein. This is the first time we’ve seen these cast members since the spring finale a couple of weeks ago.
Also joining the fun were Jillian Rose Reed with boyfriend Marty Shannon, Harvey Guillen, and Rob Raco.
The Museum of Selfies is an interactive museum that explores the history and cultural phenomenon of the selfie – an image of oneself taken by oneself – with roots dating back 40,000 years.
Izabela Vidovic is looking back on her time on The Fosters.
The 16-year-old actress played Taylor, one of Jude’s love interests and friends.
“How lucky am I to say that I was a part of such a beautiful show. Thank you @thefosterstv for giving everyone a voice, and for spreading love these past five years,” she wrote on Instagram with a heart emoji.

It was recently announced that The Fosters will end after season five, with a three-part finale next summer. There will then be a spinoff starring Cierra Ramirez and Maia.
