Warner Bros. Pictures shared six new visuals from the second installment of the Fantastic Beasts series on Wednesday (October 10).

Here’s the synopsis: “At the end of the first film, the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) was captured by MACUSA (Magical Congress of the United States of America), with the help of Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne). But, making good on his threat, Grindelwald escaped custody and has set about gathering followers, most unsuspecting of his true agenda: to raise pure-blood wizards up to rule over all non-magical beings.

In an effort to thwart Grindelwald’s plans, Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) enlists his former student Newt Scamander, who agrees to help, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world.”

The film also stars Katherine Waterston, Dan Fogler, Alison Sudol, Ezra Miller, Zoë Kravitz, Callum Turner, Claudia Kim, William Nadylam, Kevin Guthrie, Carmen Ejogo, and Poppy Corby-Tuech.

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald is directed by David Yates, from a screenplay by J.K.

J.K. Rowling Says This 'Harry Potter' Chapter 'Nearly Finished' Her

J.K. Rowling Says This 'Harry Potter' Chapter 'Nearly Finished' Her

J.K. Rowling is spilling on which Harry Potter chapter was particularly difficult to write.

The author made the revelation on Twitter this week after a fan asked her for advice on struggling with rewrites.

“Chapter 9, Goblet of Fire nearly finished me,” J.K. responded. “I rewrote it more times than I can now remember. You’ll get there.”

Chapter nine in the fourth Harry Potter book is titled “The Dark Mark.” It follows Harry, Hermione, and the Weasleys as they head to watch the Quidditch World Cup. It’s also the same chapter in which Death Eaters attack their campsite and all the Muggles in the area.

It’s basically Harry’s first taste of what the first wizarding war was like so, we get it.

When another fan called her work “flawless,” J.K. said wisely, “Certainly not flawlessly, but I did it. Never wait in expectation of perfection or you’ll wait forever. Do the best you can with what you’ve got and be one of those who dared rather than those who merely dream. And thank you x.”

Draco Malfoy's Age is Revealed on His Birthday!

Draco Malfoy's Age is Revealed on His Birthday!

Ever wonder how old Draco Malfoy from the Harry Potter series really is? Well, thanks to J.K. Rowling, we can confirm that he just turned 35!

A fan realized that June 5 is Draco’s birthday, so she tweeted the author and asked how old Draco (played by Tom Felton in the film franchise) is turning.

“Draco turns 35 today. I’m not invited to the party, mainly because I keep telling girls they’re misguided to fancy him,” J.K. wrote.

Rowling previously wrote on Pottermore to warn fans about crushing on a villain.

“I have often had cause to remark on how unnerved I have been by the number of girls who fell for this particular fictional character,” she wrote. “All this has left me in the unenviable position of pouring cold common sense on ardent readers’ daydreams, as I told them, rather severely, that Draco was not concealing a heart of gold under all that sneering and prejudice and that no, he and Harry were not destined to end up best friends.”

J.K. Rowling Uses Clues to Hint at Possible 'Harry Potter' Book

J.K. Rowling took to Twitter to give three clues on another possible “Harry Potter” book!

“Cry, foe! Run amok! Fa awry! My wand won’t tolerate this nonsense. Something to ponder while I’m away X,” the 49-year-old English writer wrote after a fan said they were analyzing her every clue on her upcoming projects.

She added, “‘Newt Scamander’s History of New York Fauna: One town, my tale’ Warmer,” and when a fan asked if it was the start of a movie, she responded, “Much warmer.”

“#helpfulhint The solution is the first sentence of a synopsis of Newt’s story. It isn’t part of the script, but sets the scene,” J.K. said as her final hint.
