In tonight’s all-new episode “See Dad One Night Only,” Emily’s (Newman) role in her school play gets upgraded thanks to interference from her parents, who are unaware of her lack of interest in acting.
Elsewhere, Joe (Jackson Brundage) and Janie (Bailey Michelle Brown) aspire to make money off of an Internet video.

“It’s a really cool, awesome cast,” the 22-year-old Big Time Rush star told our pals at Teen.com. “Scott Baio is the lead, really awesome guy to work with. It’s really just fun, doing something different.”
James added about his character, Ricky Adams, “I play a little bit of a jerk, not going to lie. I’m not actually a jerk in real life. It was a lot of fun and the cast was great!”
In “See Dad Get Wah-Wah’d,” David (Baio) tries to persuade a former costar to do a new project with Marcus, but he’s taken aback by his costar’s newfound arrogance.

The new show revolves around David Hobbs (Baio) who has been America’s favorite Dad for the past 10 years, but that is all coming to an end.
As David says goodbye to his life of sitcom T.V., reality awaits him at home with his wife (Alanna Ubach) and three kids (Newman, Jackson Brundage, Bailey Michelle Brown). When the stay-at-home parent roles switch, David must learn the ins and outs of being a house-dad, while his wife Amy returns to the big screen.
