Jacob Sartorius just wrapped up his first ever North American tour!
The 15-year-old singer is taking a chance to thank his fans for coming out to the Left Me Hangin’ tour which hit 28 cities in just six weeks.

Jacob took to his Twitter to share a fun video, documenting behind-the-scenes actions, clips from on stage and even featured some fans!
“thank you xx,” Jacob simply captioned the video.

We didn’t even realize it, but Jacob Sartorius didn’t have a fandom name!
The 15-year-old singer took to his Twitter on Monday to declare what his fans should be called.
“we need a name for this fam…” he wrote. Seven minutes later, he added, “sartorians it is.”
“grateful to have one of the strongest fandoms in the world… you guys are everything to me. new music coming soon… hang tight,” he shared with a video of his fans chanting his name after a concert.

Jacob Sartorius just played his final show on the Left Me Hangin’ Tour!
The 15-year-old singer was joined on the tour by Hayden Summerall, Zach Clayton, and Luna Blaise, and thanked fans and tour mates for the
“Can’t believe the #LeftMeHangin tour is over!!! Thanks to these people right here for supporting me on this tour and to the crew for all their hard work. Most importantly thank all of you guys for coming to shows and supporting me… don’t know where I’d be today without you,” he wrote on Twitter, with a photo of all the performers.
While the tour is over, Jacob is working on new music. “this new music is ALMOST DONE! working so hard. trust!!!!! love you all,” he said the week before.

The 15-year-old singer wrote to Millie, who turns 14 years old today, “Happy birthday to this beautiful girl, 14!!”
He continued on Instagram, you’re the funniest, most caring person in the entire world. I hope this year brings you lots of great memories and moments you remember forever. Can’t wait to see you, I love you and miss you so much!! Everybody go wish this girl a happy birthday.”

“Happy Valentine’s day J,” Millie captioned an adorable photo of the two, along with a heart emoji. Jacob replied with, “happy valentine’s day.. see you soon.”

Jacob is currently on tour and has a show in Salt Lake City tonight (February 14), while Millie is in New York for Fashion Week.
