Shawn Mendes chills out with Room‘s Jacob Tremblay backstage at his concert on Wednesday night (July 27) in Vancouver, Canada.
“I met the coolest guy in the world today.. @jacobtremblay ! Thank you for coming to hang dude!” the 17-year-old musician shared on Instagram.

That same night, Shawn debuted his new track, “Three Empty Words” on Spotify and headed to Twitter for a quick Q&A with fans about his upcoming album.
“Just want you guys to connect and to get lost in it I hope it’ll have that effect,” Shawn shared.
