Jake Cherry joins his Hits cast at the Getty Images Portrait Studio at the Village At The Lift during 2014 Sundance Film Festival on Tuesday afternoon (January 21) in Park City, Utah.

Later on, the 17-year-old actor joined Amy Carlson and Erinn Hayes for the Variety Studio: Sundance Edition presented by Dawn Levy.

Hits is a dark comedy exploring the nature of fame in 21st Century YouTube America. The film takes place in a small town in upstate New York populated by people who trade in unrealistic expectations. Its a story in which fame, delusion, earnestness, and recklessness meet, shake hands, and disrupt the lives around them.

Jake Cherry hits the premiere of his new film, The Son of No One, during the 2011 Sundance Film Festival on Friday (January 28) in Park City, Utah.

The 14-year-old actor met up with his co-stars, Katie Holmes, Channing Tatum, Ray Liotta, James Ransone, and director Dito Montiel at the event, which was held at the Eccles Center Theatre.

Jake also shook hands and chatted with Sundance Film Festival director John Cooper.

Jake plays the young Jonathan White, a.k.a. Milk, who as a kid growing up in the projects, kills two people in situations that almost could be counted as self-defense.
