In “Hostile Acts,” The Fosters cope with a crowded house but when Mike suggests that Brandon (David Lambert) come live with him, Stef (Teri Polo) argues that it’s not Brandon’s decision, resulting in a heated argument with her son.
Meanwhile, Lexi and Jesus (Jake T. Austin) resolve to end their budding relationship but find that their attraction to one another may be too hard to resist and Callie (Mitchell) openly disapproves of Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) letting Jesus take the fall for stealing his pills.

Look who the new face for Staples For Students is — Jake T. Austin!
The 18-year-old Fosters actor has teamed up with the campaign for this year, following in the steps of the Pretty Little Liars cast, Nikki Reed, and most recently, Bella Thorne.
“I’m so excited to team up with Staples and Boys & Girls Clubs of America for this great cause,” Jake shared in a statement. “I can’t imagine starting school without the right supplies, so I’m rallying fellow teens to help make a difference in their communities by making sure students have the essential supplies they need to succeed.”
From June 30 to September 28th, Staples customers can donate $1 or more at any Staples store, with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting local students. Each Staples store will be matched with a local Boys & Girls Club which will receive the donation to benefit youth who attend the Club in time for the new school year.
To kick-start the campaign, Staples is donating $125,000 worth of school supplies to the program this year which will be distributed to Boys & Girls Club youth in need.
In the all-new episode “Consequently,” Lena (Sherri Saum) and Stef (Teri Polo) decide to let Brandon off the hook for running off with Callie (Maia Mitchell) to rescue Jude, but Mike disagrees and tensions flare. Brandon (David Lambert) ends up grounded, but he makes plans to sneak away to see Talya (Madisen Beaty) while her parents are out of town.
Jesus (Austin) stops taking his medication to cover for his twin sister and the pills she stole, but he becomes easily agitated and gets into a fight with another kid at school. When a student is discovered with the pills, Callie becomes an instant suspect, and Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) struggles with her mounting guilt over letting someone else take the fall for her actions.
Meanwhile, a secret romance blossoms between Jesus and Mariana’s best friend, Lexi (Bianca Alexa Santos). The Fosters make arrangements at home to ensure that Callie and Jude are more comfortable, but sharing their space may prove difficult for the Foster teens.

On his character, Jesus: “Jesus and Mariana [Cierra Ramirez] are twins who have been estranged from their biological mother since birth. This character has enabled me to explore new depths as an actor. A role with such a unique backstroy demands a real, raw performance and I enjoy the challenge of trying to deliver that every day I come into work.”
On his animated movie career: “Working on animated projects allows an artist to truly express themselves through their voice. It’s so much fun. I enjoyed working on Rio and I can’t wait for Rio 2 to come out next year.”
