Erica Dasher strolls the streets of Paris, France in these new stills from Jane By Design.

In the upcoming episode “The Lookbook,” Jane (Dasher) is over-the-moon with anticipation when Gray (Andie MacDowell) tells her she will be boarding a flight to Paris the following night to bring her the coveted Donovan Decker Lookbook, which holds all the secrets, inspirations and ideas for the fashion company.

When Jane is tasked with secretly securing the Lookbook until she leaves, she will do anything to hold onto it and make the flight to Paris, even if that means she has to turn to her nemesis and best friend’s girlfriend, Lulu (Meagan Tandy) for help.

Meanwhile, Billy’s (Nick Roux) brother Tommy (Rob Mayes), has a new criminal scheme that he wants Billy to help him with.

Erica Dasher has been heating up the small screen in ABC Family’s Jane By Design.

Erica recently chatted with EW about the getting into the fashion world of the show and shared the style rules that she’s picked up along the way.

“I’ve always admired fashion from afar, but it has been fun to immerse myself in the world. I’m learning how to express myself with fashion, so my style is still definitely evolving,” she dished.

Matthew Atkinson gives a little softball lesson to Erica Dasher in this new still from Jane By Design.

In tonight’s episode “The Finger Bowl,” Now that Billy (Nick Roux) and Lulu (Meagan Tandy) have decided to take their relationship public, Billy must tell Jane (Dasher).

Feeling betrayed and lied to, Jane doesn’t take the news of the high school’s new “It” couple well. But now with the news out there and neither group of friends seeming very supportive of it, can Billy and Lulu withstand the peer pressure? And has Jane truly lost her one true ally in the social shark tank that is high school?

Meanwhile, Jeremy (Rowly Dennis) and Jane are given the impossible task to present the new fashion line to top fashion magazine editor Miyoko Sato and make a good impression when she visits the Donovan Decker offices.

In “The Birkin,” Jane (Dasher) is feeling on top of the world when Gray (Andie MacDowell) gifts her with the use of a real Birkin bag to commend her for a job well done. Jane thinks she finally has this job under control when Gray gives her the task of running the private trunk show at Gray’s house.

But with India (India De Beaufort) feeling the pains of jealousy of Gray’s new “favorite” stealing the preview party spotlight, she is determined to show Gray and the company what a failure Jane can really be.

Meanwhile, competition heats up between Jane and Lulu (Meagan Tandy) at school when they are told that they’re tied for first place in class.

The Jane By Design actress joined our team at the new IceLink boutique in West Hollywood, Calif., last month for the session.

Sporting several IceLink styles, Erica opened up about her fashion inspirations, relating to Jane and more.

“I do a lot of vintage shopping. I actually live right around the corner from Squaresville, so I’m rummaging around there quite a bit,” Erica admits. “I really like vintage clothes because I feel that each piece is unique and

Erica added about some of her personal fashion icons, “As far as young actresses go, I think that Diane Kruger is fantastic and Alexa Chung. Hailee Steinfeld, I’m always impressed with [her].”

Erica Dasher and Andie MacDowell laugh along with the crowd as they take part in during Disney/ABC Television Group’s portion of the 2012 Winter TCA Tour held at The Langham Huntington Hotel on Monday morning (January 9) in Pasadena, Calif.

The new ABC Family stars, joined by exec producers April Blair and Gavin Polone and Nick Roux, chatted about the world of fashion and who and what is coming up on the show.

Erica caught everyone’s attention with her story on how she found out she booked the role of Jane.

“This is a funny, good story. I didn’t hear anything for like two weeks [after my callback], and I was like I’ll create my own work. And I was in a cafe working on a script that I was writing, and I got a phone call that was I testing for the show. And I had never tested for anything before, and so I was very excited, and to be kind to the other patrons, I decided to step out of the cafe instead of yelling. As I stepped out of the cafe, there was a step into the parking lot, and I fell and broke my ankle. ‘Oh, my gosh. I’m so excited. My ankle really hurts.’”

She added, “I had a doctor like put me in this big sort of robo-boot, and I went to the test and hopped around in the boot and fortunately got cast and then found out it was broken and didn’t
get recast, thank God. Nick carried me around a lot on the pilot because it was still broken during the pilot.”

In the upcoming episode “The Runway,” Jane (Dasher) is thrown for a loop when Gray (Andie MacDowell) assigns her the last-minute task of getting the new accessories line ready for the Spring Preview Party.

Jane is pretty sure she has bit off more than she can chew, but with Jeremy (Rowly Dennis) looking to make amends, the two team-up to guarantee the line is one that critics and buyers won’t soon forget.

Meanwhile, Nick (Matthew Atkinson) leverages his knowledge of Billy’s (Nick Roux) secret relationship with Lulu (Megan Tandy) to get advice on approaching Jane.
