Jake T. Austin, Moises Arias and Ryan Ochoa rap out a reason why you should check out their new flick, The Perfect Game, when it opens in theaters on April 16th.

Official summary: Living amidst the gritty poverty of 1957 Monterrey, Mexico, a rag–tag group of boys from the wrong side of the tracks discovers the joy of sandlot baseball under the guidance of Cesar (Clifton Collins Jr.), an aspiring Major League Coach thwarted by discrimination.

Armed with the dream of playing a real Little League game, the young players defy a total lack of resources, disapproving parents, and widespread prejudice to score their first Little League victory and find themselves at the beginning of a once-in-a-lifetime journey.

Relying on their faith, a warm-hearted priest and their love of the game, the nine players and their coach embark on an incredible, record-breaking winning streak that leads them across the border to America, and all the way to the 1957 Little League World Series where a miracle will cement their place in history and change their lives forever.

Jansen Panettiere suits up as he arrives at the 2010 Los Angeles Italia – Film, Fashion and Art Festival held at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on Monday night (March 1).

This year’s festival included tributes to legendary director Enzo G. Castellari, Gabriele Salvatores, Andrea Bocelli, and Quentin Tarantino.

Hayden Panettiere cuddles up to lil’ bro Jansen as they attend the Whaleman Foundation Benefit at Hollywood’s Beso Restaurant last week.

Jansen, 15, just recently completed work on The Lost Medallion: The Adventures of Billy Stone with Sammi Hanratty. The flick, which follows a young Billy and his best friend Allie as they’re transported back in time 200 years, is set to hit theaters in 2011.

Big sis Hayden has been an active supporter of The Whaleman Foundation which promotes research and conservation for dolphins and whales and their ocean habitat.

The boys wrote that this vid is “the result of when two 14-year-old actors can’t find anything productive to do.” Check it out below!

Jansen Panettiere keeps it cool as he arrives at the the Lollipop Theatre Network’s Inaugural Game Day on Sunday afternoon (May 3) in Burbank, Calif.

Hayden‘s 14-year-old lil’ bro recently tweeted that he can’t even change in his own house! He wrote, “There are actually places in our house where you can’t safely change clothes because of the paparazzi hiding outside. It sucks.”

Jansen will be starring alongside Hayden in two new movies — Carmel and Naomi and Ely’s No Kiss List.
