Love Me‘s official summary: Sixteen-year-old Melissa Kennedy’s been missing for almost 3 months now and the Town of Ridgedale is coming unhinged. The projectionist at the old revival movie house, Sylvia Potter (Shaw) wants so badly to be in love. Just like in the movies. But can any guy live up to her ideal leading man? Even her best friend Harry’s (Bilodeau) unrequited love for her (since fifth grade) has never been reciprocated.
When sexy, quiet, rich kid, Lucas Green (Jamie Johnston) transfers to Hampton Prep the sparks fly. Lucas and Sylvia’s initial animosity quickly becomes a heated romance – despite the warnings of almost every friend in her circle. But what seems like a love story straight out of the movies hits a major plot twist when the police begin an investigation into Lucas’ involvement in the Melissa Kennedy case.
Naya Rivera uses co-star pal Kevin McHale as a stand while performing during the Young Storytellers Foundation “The Biggest Show 2012″ held at Willows Community School last weekend in Culver City, Calif.
The Young Storytellers Foundation brings mentors from the entertainment industry into public school classrooms to work with students one-on-one as they imagine, develop and write their own short screenplays. At the end, the stories are then transformed into an opening night of stage performances, performed by Hollywood actors called “The Big Show.”
