Music duo and twins Jedward are slamming Simon Cowell and his Syco Entertainment in a series of tweets on Monday (April 5).
The 29-year-old twins, John and Edward Grimes, took to Twitter to speak out about the mistreatment of not only them but other artists like Little Mix and One Direction.
“The Biggest regret in life was not telling the judges on Xfactor to f–k off ❤️,” they started out. “Every contestant on the Xfactor was a slave to the show and got paid Zero while they made millions!”
“The fact that every contestant has to act like their judge mentors them! When in reality all they care about is their pay check!” the guys continued. “Simon Cowell thinks he’s the Mafia leader of the music industry when in reality he’s nothing but a bad facelift ❤️”
Jedward added that, “There’s a reason Syco is called Psycho! 1D and Little Mix are legally f–ked in contracts and can never speak out so we are!”
Fans quickly responded to the tweets, getting “Justice for 1D and Little Mix” trending on Twitter. They even included tweets from other artists Jaiden of JLS fame and Rebecca Ferguson, who are also X Factor alums and have spoken out about their experiences.
This season, the guys were kind of all over the place — they were put up for eviction by their fellow housemates every single time, John fell off the stage just before entering the house and had to go to the hospital, and even had an alliance with eventual winner Colleen Nolan.
The twin singers — John and Edward — made their return tonight on the UK reality show, making a huge entrance.
“Guess who’s back, doing this interview and out hair is still Jedified!” the brothers said. “Last time we were teenagers now we’re 25 we’ve lived a little, gone through loads, and we’ve grown up.’
While speaking with host Emma Willis, Jedward are already promising to deliver chaos for the viewers at home: “We’re gonna own them like we bought them in a shop! If someone eats your food, nominate, if someone looks at you funny, nominate!”
Jedward were originally on CBB almost five years ago, where they became really good friends with actress Tara Reid.

Jedward get silly while posing at the Diana Award Anti-Bullying event held at Facebook headquarters on Tuesday (April 26) Dublin, Ireland.
The duo – John and Edward Grimes – recently shot back at X Factor judge Louis Walsh after some harsh comments he made.
“I think me and John out of anybody, we’re like survivors from negative press or bullying or ex-managers or anything,” Edwardsaid. “We are always striving forward, he’ll be in the old people’s home soon so it’s all good.”
Louis originally said his most embarrassing moment was, “working with Jedward and putting them through on The X Factor! I’m definitely not in touch with them anymore.”
Jedward are setting out on a new tour that will be kind of amazing — it’s a meet and greet tour!
The twins — John and Edward, 24 — made the announcement on their Twitter after sharing the concept with The Irish Sun.
Starting this month, Jedward will “tour” European airports and won’t actually be playing any music. They’ll be visiting multiple airports per day, taking part in meetings with fans at each stop.
John shared, “We’re not performing but instead we plan on defying the current fears about terrorism by reassuring our fans that everything will be okay.”
Edward added about not charging fans for anything, “It’s not about money. It’s about making a connection with cool people. People can take selfies with us. Whatever they want to do.”

They continued, “The video’s visuals contain many monumental cultural moments and figures. John F. Kenned! the first shuttle launch! entertainer Charlie Chaplin, Neil Armstrong and others are also featured…e wanted it to be strong and almost royal and graceful! It was important to have all these iconic heroes because it’s not so much about us but the people that made way for the icons of today.”
“We always like to blaze a trail even though sometimes we have hate hurled our way We work really hard staying driven and to overcome all the negative vibes that our put upon us, and we know the fans make us soar! We have a dream and Haters are like a nightmare and the more you rise the higher and unreachable you become from hate,” Jedward added.
