The up-and-coming songstress, who JJJ named a Musician to Watch in 2018, stepped out at the event on Monday night (August 20) at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
Jess looked super cute in an orange and white sequined dress paired with nude heels.
She was also joined by her pal Olivia Munn as they posed for fun pics on the pink carpet.
“*Hannah Montana pose* ps. I didn’t shave my legs fully but i don’t think anybody noticed woo hoo go me!” Jess wrote on her Twitter after the event.
