Union J hit the stage to perform at the Christmas Lights Switch On in Coventry, England on Wednesday night (November 28).
The guys — JJ Hamblett, Jaymi Hensley, Josh Cuthbert and George Shelley — turned on the lights after performing a few songs, including their new single, “You Got It All”.
In case you didn’t know, Union J are headed back to X Factor to perform THIS Sunday!
“[We're] absolutely terrified, but so excited,” JJ dished to CapitalFM about their appearance. “It’s going to be the first time we’ve performed in front of Simon Cowell, but it’s going to be amazing.”
He added, “The production is very beautiful, it’s quite like the video and it’s just, beautiful! We’re really excited to be back. Buzzing!”

Union J take the stage and perform a few songs for Meadowhall Shopping Centre’s Christmas lights switch-on in Sheffield, England on Thursday night (November 6).
The guys — JJ Hamblett, Jaymi Hensley, Josh Cuthbert and George Shelley — recently spoke with Daily Mail about their upcoming album, You Got It All and still being compared to One Direction.
“I think everyone’s going to compare us to One Direction,” JJ shared. “They came off The X Factor, we came off The X Factor, but we are different.”
He added, “I feel like now people don’t compare us as much. It took us a few weeks to find our feet and find out what our strengths were. With this album I don’t think anyone will listen to it and say ‘They’re so much like One Direction.’”
Union J suit up for the launch of the Melissa flagship store held at Mondrain Hotel in London, England on Thursday night (October 9).

Speaking with Capital FM recently, the guys dished about their upcoming single, saying, “It’s basically we’ve gone back to our old roots, it’s a different lane for Union J.”
Josh added, “We feel like there’s no other bands out there that are doing what this sound is, I think this is what we’re going to stick with.”

Okay, so not actually off the stage — but JJ Hamblett is still in the air!
The 26-year-old Union J singer joined band mates Jaymi Hensley, Josh Cuthbert and George Shelley during the 2014 Fusion Festival in Birmingham, England on Sunday afternoon (August 31).
Just the day before, the band rocked out at Blackpool Illuminations.
“I sometimes wear shirts around my waist and one time it came loose and fell down,” Josh dished backstage during an interview about his most embarrassing moment. “I didn’t realise and as a result tripped over this shirt and fell flat on my face on the stage in front of 5,000 people.”

Nathan Sykes is all smiles as he exits Mahiki Night Club on Saturday night (June 21) in London, England.
The 21-year-old singer was joined by Union J’s George Shelley at the venue.

The next day, Union J hit the stage at North East Live 2014 in Sunderland.
A few days before, Nathan revealed he was really bummed about England being eliminated from the World Cup so early.
“Being an England fan is like missing the last train … Everything will probably be alright eventually but right now, it’s not ideal,” he tweeted.
