Chosen Jacobs dons a long black cape as part of his look at the premiere of his new Disney+ movie Sneakerella on Wednesday (May 11) in New York City.
The 20-year-old star of the film was joined by his co-stars Lexi Underwood, John Salley, Devyn Nekoda, Bryan Terrell Clark, Hayward Leach, Kolton Stewart and Yvonne Senat Jones.
Also stepping out for the premiere were Naomi‘s Kaci Walfall and Broadway star Roman Banks.
Sneakerella is a music-driven retelling of the Cinderella story that follows El (Jacobs), an aspiring sneaker designer from Queens, who works as a stock boy in the shoe store that once belonged to his late mother. He hides his artistic talent from his overburdened stepfather and two mean-spirited stepbrothers who constantly thwart any opportunity that comes his way.
When El meets Kira King (Underwood), the fiercely independent daughter of legendary basketball star and sneaker tycoon Darius King (Salley), sparks fly as the two bond over their mutual affinity for sneakers. With a little nudge from his best friend, Sami (Nekoda) and a sprinkle of Fairy Godfather magic, El finds the courage to use his talent to pursue his dream of becoming a ‘legit’ sneaker designer in the industry. El is now ready to lace up and dream big.

The first season of Naomi is coming to a close!
The CW series is airing it’s season finale TONIGHT (May 10) with two back-to-back new episodes.
Kaci Walfall made her debut as the titular character in the DC series, which follows the journey of a cool, confident, comic book–loving teenager as she pursues her hidden destiny.
As the season one finale approaches tonight, fans are still waiting to see if the show will be back for a second season.

Kaci Walfall wears a pink suit while front row at the Chanel Womenswear Fall/Winter 2022-2023 fashion show on Tuesday (March 8) in Paris.
The young Naomi star actually was attending her first fashion show!
“Such a beautiful show! My first show and so honored thank you to the team and new friends at @chanelofficial,” Kaci shared on her Instagram story.
Also seen attending the fashion show were BLACKPINK singer Jennie, Scream‘s Melissa Barrera, Ellie Bamber and models Soo Joo Park and Georgia May Jagger.

Speaking of Naomi, there’s a brand new episode airing TONIGHT (March 8) on The CW. Tune in at 9pm ET/PT, or next day on The CW app.
In the episode, titled “I Am Not a Used Car Salesman,” when Naomi finds herself in dire circumstances, she’s forced to seek help from Zumbado who knows more than Naomi could have imagined.

Naomi is premiering TONIGHT (January 11) on The CW, and we’re taking a look at who stars in the new show!
The new DC Comics series follows Naomi McDuffie, who is living her best life as a top student, skateboarder and Superman-stan, when a “stunt” in the middle of her hometown of Port Oswego turns her world upside down.
While Naomi’s doting parents – Greg and Jennifer McDuffie – are concerned with their daughter’s strange new fainting spells, the teen’s closest friends – Annabelle, Nathan, Lourdes, Anthony, and Jacob – join Naomi to help uncover who or what is behind the unexpected event that has the small military town buzzing.
A bit of sleuthing leads Naomi and her friends to discover that the owners of two local businesses – Dee and Zumbado – seem to know a lot more about the incident than everyone else.
Soon Naomi realizes that the mysterious event is just the beginning of a thrilling journey that will change her life and challenge her to question everything she knew to be true.
