Katherine Cimorelli is a married woman!
The 28-year-old Cimorelli singer revealed that she tied the knot with her love Max Straneva on Saturday, May 30, 2020, in an intimate ceremony, due to the pandemic.
“5.30.20 ✨ Max and I got married on May 30th!! 😍 it was truly one of the most magical days of my life. The entire day I felt so much joy and peace overflowing in my soul. ❤️,” she captioned photos on Instagram.
“Our wedding ceremony ended up being a lot different than we pictured. Due to the pandemic, we could only invite a small number of our guests to the ceremony and we had to postpone our reception.
But that did not stop it from being such a special and beautiful day for us,” Katherine continued. “When you have to strip things back so much from what you originally pictured, it reminds you of what is truly important. Max and I were both so grateful for all the special moments we shared that day. ❤️ I believe we had a heightened awareness of gratitude and joy due to how much things changed- a reminder of what matters most.”
“After our wedding mass, we went back to my parent’s house, had our first dance in their backyard, cut a mini cake and had a celebratory dinner. It was small, intimate and perfect. It was such a special day and I truly could not ask for more. So grateful we still got to get married, and I’m so happy to call Max my husband now!! 😍😍 I love him so much ❤️,” she added.
