Katherine Langford became a household name when 13 Reasons Why debuted on Netflix last year.

We’ve all been wondering in what capacity her character, Hannah Baker, would be seen in season two, since she did commit suicide in the first season — and the answer is we will.

In THR‘s Next Gen Rising Stars profile, Katherine shared that Hannah would be getting more scenes in the upcoming episodes — “in more scenes than even Langford expected” — the profile writes.

“Most of my set time has been on one show that is very intense,” Katherine added, point out that she “slept a lot and was usually just very quiet,” to cope with all the intensity.

13 Reasons Why season two will premiere in 2018.

Katherine Langford Tributes Hannah Baker For World Mental Health Day

Katherine Langford Tributes Hannah Baker For World Mental Health Day

Katherine Langford was just one of the many stars who took to social media to bring awareness to World Mental Health Day.

The 13 Reasons Why star also paid tribute to her character, Hannah Baker, who committed suicide on the Netflix series, after seeking help from Mr. Porter.

“For those of you who have watched the show, you know that Hannah didn’t get the help she needed, and how that day ends,” she wrote on Instagram. “But what you also saw were the missed opportunities and people around her that could have helped.”

Katherine continues, “Continuing the conversation from #worldmentalhealthday I hope that today you may find the courage – not for the sake of a trend or movement, but for basic human kindness – to reach out to someone who may need your support. Or alternatively, to reach out for support for yourself. The smallest things can make the greatest changes. Be bold. Be brave. Be kind.”

She also wrote another post, hoping to give others hope that it does get better and no one is ever alone.

“You are never alone,” Katherine writes. “It can sound cliche, and at times; overused, but it’s something that cannot be said enough. Mental health is a real thing that we are learning more about everyday, and it’s important to remember that it’s ok to feel broken, and to talk about how you feel.”

'13 Reasons Why' Star Katherine Langford Once Wrote a Love Song For her Girl Crush

We all know that Katherine Langford has talent and major love for music — she even bought a piano for her apartment in San Francisco while filming 13 Reasons Why‘s first season — so it’s no surprise that her music is amazing.

One of Katherine‘s older songs she wrote, for her high school girl crush Zoe has come back around on the internet and everyone is going crazy for it.

The song is called “I’ve Got a Crush on Zoe Bosch” and seriously, it’s so catchy!

Katherine Langford & Dylan Minnette Reveal How They Really Feel About '13 Reasons Why' Not Getting Nominated For an Emmy

Katherine Langford & Dylan Minnette Reveal How They Really Feel About '13 Reasons Why' Not Getting Nominated For an Emmy

Earlier this summer when the Emmy nominations came out, basically the entire world was upset that 13 Reasons Why was nowhere to be found on the lengthy list of nominees.

However, stars Katherine Langford and Dylan Minnette don’t seem to be that phased about it.

“I honestly didn’t even think anything of it,” Dylan told Us Weekly earlier this month about the whole situation. “I mean for me, I would love to see the show get any attention that it can, but I think at the end of the day, we’re just trying to make something good and have the world respond to it, but not necessarily in an award.”

He adds, “I personally don’t really care. I mean, especially about myself, I don’t care what happens for me. If getting an Emmy would be more positive for the show then that’s great.”

Katherine agrees wholeheartedly.

“I feel regardless of whether or not we were nominated or we’re nominated for any award, I just feel very proud of the work that we were able to do,” she shared.

She also shared that she’s excited for all the shows and actors who were nominated.

“Awards and accolades are an incredible affirmation,” Katherine says, “but I think there have been some really wonderful nominees so I’m very excited for them and I can’t wait to watch.”
