Elle (Hewitt) dreams of becoming a singer/songwriter but her tragic past keeps her from pursuing her talent. While working at her uncle’s small independent record label, she meets the famous pop singer, Ty Parker (Knight), whose passion for Elle’s music makes her believe in second chances.

Yep! The 23-year-old singer dished about their past relationship, saying, “He doesn’t mention it. He got dumped.” But Kiely insists that they’re still friends. She shared, “We’re still friends. We have the same best friend, so it’s hard to avoid each other.”
These days, Kiely, who has a non-famous boyfriend, stays away from boys in the business. She revealed, “It’s hard to see how two artists who are building their careers can really date. They’re going to be constantly hogging the spotlight.”

Kiely is currently filming Elle: A Modern Cinderella Tale, starring as Kandi Kane.
In the upcoming flick, Elle (Ashlee Hewitt) wants to be a singer/songwriter, but her dreams are cut short by the sudden death of her parents. She moves in with her adoptive uncle, who runs a small independent record label whose biggest act, Sensation, is also Elle’s biggest pain. The pop music environment at the label, very different than the country roots she is used to, adds to Elle’s feelings of loss and frustration, and her misplaced guilt, which is caused by the fact that her parents had been en route to her performance at the time of her death. But when she meets Ty Parker, a famous pop singer with a passion for “real” music, her repressed ambition is released through a revitalized interest in singing and songwriting.
