Vanessa Hudgens and Kim Hidalgo hit the movies on Monday afternoon (July 30) in Hollywood.
The two gal pals caught a matinee of a new flick before going about their girls day out.

In case you haven’t heard, Vanessa just joined the all-star cast in Robert Rodriguez‘ Machete Kills.
Also starring Lady Gaga, Alexa Vega and Jessica Alba, the movie is about how the U.S. government recruits Machete to battle his way through Mexico in order to take down an arms dealer who looks to launch a weapon into space.

“Such a fun 4th!!!!” the 23-year-old actress wrote on her official blog. “How did you lovebugs celebrate?!”

Vanessa also showed off her holiday nails on her Facebook page, saying, “I’m so proud of my patriotic nail art hehehehe.”
That evening, V met up with her friend and Spring Breakers co-star Ashley Benson.
Ashley Tisdale hits the streets for a little retail therapy at the Third Street Promenade on Saturday afternoon (March 3) in Santa Monica, Calif.
The 26-year-old actress hit up some shops with gal pals Samantha Droke, Kim Hidalgo and another friend.
The quartet also stopped off at Starbucks for some cool drinks.
Just the day before, Ashley was spotted heading to the gym before hitting up Justin Bieber‘s birthday party later that night.

Vanessa Hudgens throws the train of her Maria Lucia Hohan dress in the air as she arrives at the premiere of Journey 2: The Mysterious Island held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on Thursday night (February 2) in Hollywood.
The 23-year-old actress brought along boyfriend Austin Butler as her date as well as gal pal Kim Hidalgo, both pictured below.

Earlier today, Vanessa was spotted out with BFF Ashley Tisdale for a private dance class at Millenium.

Ashley Tisdale uses gal pal Kim Hidalgo as a shield against the cameras as they visit Paradise Cove Beach on Saturday afternoon (January 28) in Malibu, Calif.
The twosome soaked up some rays from the sun during their girl’s day out.
Kim tweeted, “Perfect day at the beach #Malibu.”
And it looks like they’re headed out again — “Impromptu vacay with the girls haha,” she added.
