A lot of fans were excited for the movie and the stars, however, there were also a lot who lashed out about it just because the actors playing the live action characters didn’t look a thing like their counterparts.
Cole Sprouse clapped back at a ton of haters who thought that with just one tweet.
“Lot of adults in this post directing hate towards a couple kids simply because their cartoon doesn’t look the same anymore,” he wrote.
Cole adds, “You guys need to grow the hell up and realize you’re talking about kids who are likely happy to have gotten the job. Kids who, in some way, might hear you.”

Sadie Stanley is ready to kick some butt as Kim Possible in the upcoming live action movie – and hopes she won’t let any fans down.
In an new message on Instagram, the 16-year-old actress shared a sweet message to all Kim Possible fans everywhere.
“I just want to say that I know the responsibility I am taking on,” she starts out. “I know how important this character is to so many people and what she represents. I know this cartoon was one of the greatest and I’m going to do everything I can to do it justice.”
Sadie adds, “I’m so excited for this next chapter in my life! So grateful for the friends and family who supported me and encouraged me as well as my amazing agents and manager. Congratulations to @seangiambrone can’t wait to do this with you!”

The two actors will star as Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable – however, you might recognize them from other projects.
For Sean, you should recognize him from ABC’s The Goldbergs, where he stars as Adam Goldberg. On top of that, Sean is also the voice of Jeff on Cartoon Network’s Clarence, and he also starred in Disney XD’s Mark & Russell’s Wild Ride with Joey Bragg.
He’ll have a guest spot on the upcoming Big Hero 6 TV series, too!
For Sadie - she’s a true newcomer, only having guest starred in one episode of Nickelodeon’s Game Shakers.

The upcoming movie comes 16 years after the popular high school hero made her debut on the network, becoming a global hit and then going on to have two successful movies.
If you need a refresher, Kim is a typical high school girl who, in her spare time, saves the world from evil villains, along with her best friend Ron, his naked mole rat Rufus and tech genius Wade.
The live-action Kim Possible movie will debut in 2019.

It was just announced this week that Disney Channel is developing and casting a live-action Kim Possible movie and everyone is freaking out and dream casting their faves.
One actress that stands out is Riverdale‘s own Madelaine. Fans have been going crazy on Twitter saying that she would be the perfect match, and some even provided photographic evidence of Madelaine wearing similar outfits as Kim Possible.

Speaking with ET, Christy did open up about voicing the iconic character and her thoughts about the movie.
“I was so honored to be able to bring this strong, positive character to life and am excited to see her empowering message influence a new generation,” she says. “That said, as an artist, there’s always a part of you that wants to stay connected to the character you helped originate.”
“I’m hopeful they’ll do right by Kim and my legacy,” Christy added.
So, could Christy be a part of the movie? She’s not saying no!
“I’d, of course, consider being involved if the circumstances were right.”
