During a recent round-table interview Charisma said of her experience so far on the Austin-based set, “It’s one of the best sets I’ve been on. It’s probably on par with my experience on Veronica Mars. A lot of young kids with a great deal of pressure and responsibility just killing it every day. They get it. They’re appreciative. There is no diva. There is no attitude. There are no hang ups. Everybody, everybody, I mean everybody, has a fantastic outlook.”
“…Everybody is really appreciative to be working. It’s not lost on them,” she added. “It’s really a wonderful thing to see such young people taking on such huge responsibilities and jobs and hours and just do it with such grace. I really have been impressed a great deal. And Alexandra Chando without exception. She’s mid-20s and she’s not one character, two characters.”

There’s no doubt that all of us have envy over Kirsten Prout‘s blonde locks.
The 20-year-old actress chatted with Sophisticate’s Hairstyle Guide about her tresses, filming in Austin and The Lying Game. Check it:
On being blonde: “What do I not love about being blonde! I absolutely love having a blonde haircolor. I have worn brunette wigs before and that’s fun, but there’s something about blonde hair that fits my bubbly personality.”
On her style icon: “I love Taylor Swift’s hair at all times! It’s so romantic. She has these tiny curls and you can tell her natural hair is just stunning. I see the styles Taylor Swift wears and I absolutely adore them. I’m a huge fan of her whole style and how she puts herself together.”
On her character, Char: “Char is a great character to play. I had played the girl-next-door type for so long, it’s nice to be playing the funny character that also has some struggles. [She] is so glamourous! We put in clip-in extensions and added about eight more ounces of hair.”
