Members of the Detroit Youth Choir hit the red carpet after performing in the finals on season 14 of America’s Got Talent in Los Angeles on Tuesday (September 17).
DYC, Tyler, Kodi, Emanne and Light Balance Kids are in the running for the million dollar prize, as well as a three night show in Las Vegas.
Benicio Bryant, South African chorale group Ndlovu Youth Choir, comedian Ryan Niemiller, acrobatic group V. Unbeatable and the military-themed singing quartet Voices of Service round out the 10 finalists.
The 14-year-old entertainer and former AGT winner joined the audience in watching all the talent perform this week.
“Had an absolute blast watching the live show tonight! All the acts are insanely talented and I’m wishing them all the best! Also I’m hitting the stage tomorrow in the results show! Don’t miss it 🤩🤩 @agt @nbc,” Darci Lynne wrote on Instagram.

The judges all gave Kodi a standing ovation and Simon Cowell remarked how this song was the one that played as background music when he received the golden buzzer during the auditions.

The 23-year-old singer, who is blind and autistic, got another standing ovation when he sang “Bridge Over Troubled Water” during the first quarterfinals episode of America’s Got Talent on Tuesday (August 13) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
The 22-year-old singer and pianist is blind and autistic, but he doesn’t let that get in the way of his talents. He wowed everyone during his audition on the show, which aired on Tuesday night (May 28).
Kodi performed the classic song “A Song For You” and brought the judges to their feet and tears to their eyes.
Gabrielle Union, one of the new judges this season, hit the golden buzzer for Kodi and he will immediately move to the live shows.
Backstage after the audition was over, she told Kodi, “you just changed the world!”
