Blake Lively and Leighton Meester get ready for a runway show in this new still from Gossip Girl.

In the upcoming episode “Dirty Rotten Scandals,” Feeling the pressure to make her first Waldorf Designs fashion show a success, Blair (Meester) must rely on help from an unlikely source, but some unexpected scheming causes a scandal on the runway.

Serena (Lively) discovers that befriending Steven’s (Barry Watson) daughter Sage (Sofia Black-D’Elia) is trickier than she thought, especially when she is forced to put her issues with Blair aside to make Sage happy.

Nate (Chace Crawford) publishes Dan’s (Penn Badgley) first serialized article causing a stir and producing a serious threat. Meanwhile, Chuck (Ed Westwick) begins to look into the clue that Amira (Andrea Gabriel) left behind, which may help uncover what Bart (Robert John Burke) is hiding.

After taping an appearance for Live with Kelly and Michael, the 26-year-old actress headed over to Sirius XM.

Almost finished with the final season of Gossip Girl, Leighton recently shared with Glamour UK what’s coming next.

“I’ve been working on my music for quite some time and now that my show’s going to be over I’ll have all the time in the world to release something and actually be able to promote it and tour with it,” Leighton shared.

Ed Westwick makes a run for it while filming new scenes for Gossip Girl in New York City on Tuesday morning (October 2).

The 25-year-old actor was joined on set by co-star Leighton Meester.

“Ya, in a show people go, ‘I really like you romantically involved with that person’ and it sort of influences how you see it and I think how the writers have been seeing it,” Leighton, 26, told Bullet Media.

She added, “People like Chuck and Blair together so they’re gonna be like, ‘We’re going to make them end up together.’ I mean, I don’t know, I never get to know what’s happening and they’re keeping it a secret.”

In “High Infidelity,” Trying to prove herself in adult society, Serena (Blake Lively) hosts the Central Park Conservancy’s big gala, of which she is now the newest Board Member, and she and Nate (Crawford) both learn something shocking about their significant others.

Meanwhile, Blair (Leighton Meester) prepares to debut her new fashion line, but a rival from her past holds the key to her future and Chuck (Ed Westwick) tries to persuade Amira (Andrea Gabriel) to help him look into his father’s past, even if it means jeopardizing Lily and Bart’s relationship.

“High Infidelity” premieres on Monday, October 15th @ 8PM ET/PT on the CW.

The 26-year-old actress recently spoke to Refinery29 about leaving Blair Waldorf behind as the hit CW series comes to a close.

“I think the best part is that now I can pretty much do whatever I want with my life. I can visit my family as much as I want and be open for other projects,” Leighton shared.

She added, “That was one of the biggest barriers over the past six years. I think you sort of get into a comfort zone when you are on a show for so long and you stop being stimulated by the character. As much as I loved the people I work with, I’m ready to move on. I don’t want to be a Blair-like character in a movie, ever.”

The 26-year-old actress recently chatted with Cosmopolitan UK about her own personal style versus character Blair’s.

“I’ve never seen Blair with the same bag, coat or shoes twice,” she dished.

Leighton added, “I don’t know anyone who had that. I had two pairs of jeans (when I was a teenager) that I rotated. I wouldn’t trust myself with a Prada bag! I didn’t even want to change for gym so I’d wear sweatpants over my jeans, then sweat around the track for an hour.”
