Liddy Clark is going to be one of your new favorite pop country artists!
The up-and-coming songstress, who’s all about girl power, balances her blossoming career while being a college student at the same time.
Liddy recently collaborated with the Turn Her Up Project, which aims to raise awareness and make an impact on the gender imbalance in the music industry.
“I choose to cover ‘New Rules’ because it’s one of my favorite Dua songs. I think it’s very empowering and reminds girls that our time has value so we don’t need to waste it on boys who aren’t worth it,” Liddy told JJJ.

1. My name is not really Liddy, legally it’s Elizabeth! But that’s much too formal for me.
2. I have 3 dogs at home I love dearly, but while I’m in college, I love to foster dogs from a nearby shelter.
3. I’m left handed when I write, but play guitar & do most everything else right handed.
4. I’m a junior at USC, but I took a gap year between high school and college to pursue my music more fully.
5. I have lived for multiple years on all of the coasts: Florida, California, and Texas.
