In “Who Framed Stella Abbott?” Stella helps Aiden (Jayson Blair) get a job at her coffee shop, but she soon begins to notice Aiden is up to something. When Stella reaches out to Wes and her family for help with the situation, they all agree that Aiden needs to figure it out on his own.
Meanwhile, Lizzie (Brooke Lyons) and Diego (Carlos PenaVega) are trying to get things back to normal with the kids.
Life Sentence airs TONIGHT, Friday, April 27th @ 9PM ET/PT on The CW.
Lucy Hale‘s new series Life Sentence is one of our fave new shows, so we’re bummed that it won’t be back on the air tonight.
However, we do know when it will return – NEXT Friday, April 27th, with the season finale happening on June 15th.
Life Sentence is expected to hop over to Netflix the week after, too, on June 23rd.
The series made the switch when The CW wanted to move up The Originals‘ premiere.
Also starring Elliot Knight, Jayson Blair, and Carlos PenaVega, Life Sentence centers on Stella, who finds out her terminal cancer is cured and now must learn to live with all the choices she made when deciding to live like she was dying.
Everything looks okay with Stella and Wes at the moment in this new still from Life Sentence – but it’s all about to change.
In tonight’s episode, “Wes Side Story”, Stella (Lucy Hale) feels like she and Wes (Elliot Knight) need to get back into a romantic rhythm, but things take a turn when Wes gets a surprise visitor – the girl he was actually supposed to marry before he eloped with Stella!
Meanwhile, Aiden (Jayson Blair) is torn over whether or not he should tell his father (Dylan Walsh) the truth about the woman he is dating, and Ida (Gillian Vigman) is struggling with Peter’s new relationship.
If you missed the news, Lucy‘s new show, Life Sentence, will making the move to Fridays this month.
The show will only one more episode will air in its Wednesday time slot before taking a two-week break, before moving to its’ new time slot on April 27th.
The CW announced a ton of renewals earlier today, however, the decision about Life Sentence will come in May.
Stella (Lucy Hale) is about to realize that she truly has been lied to her whole life on Life Sentence.
In “How Stella Got Her Groove On”, when Stella decides to apply for a manager position, she learns another secret about her past – the no high school diploma thing buts a damper on everything.
This forces her to figure out what she really wants to do with her life, and knowing that they need money, Wes (Elliot Knight) starts secretly working on a project which upsets Stella.

The 28-year-old actress chatted with Teen Vogue about how she connected even more to the new role, and a new hairstyle was just the key.
“I wanted her to have a signature haircut,” Lucy says. “So, I took [my hair] a little bit shorter, because I thought she just seemed so youthful and full of life. I wanted her to have a haircut that sort of represented that.”
On top of a new hairstyle, Lucy also spoke about how fashion will play into Stella’s character throughout the series.
The hot doc comes in just as Stella (Lucy Hale) is starting her Patient Advocate role at the hospital.
“There’s definitely a little spark of chemistry there,” Lucy shares with TVLine.
However, if you’re thinking he’s intentionally going to come between Stella and Wes, it’s not like that at all.
“What I like about it is that Dr. Grant’s a nice guy,” Riley added. “He understands she’s married, and he’s not trying to come onto her or steal her away. It’s just real-life situations that do happen, and they’re tricky, they’re messy, and they’re trying to figure it out.”
He continues, “He’s actively trying to keep his mind off her by seeing other people, and it’s not working for him, and she’s trying to not think about him, and it’s not working for her.”
