Nathan Kress has been doing a lot of firsts lately…the latest being actually going to a baby shower!
The former iCarly star and director joined his wife, London at a baby shower over the weekend for their future daughter.
“Dude I’d never been to one before last week, but baby showers are LEGIT,” he confessed on his Instagram. “Especially when it’s our own baby.. which I’m still sometimes in awe of. (Y’know what else I’m in awe of? How ridiculously beautiful London is, as referenced by me staring at her in this photo. Like y’know how women supposedly get that “glow” when they’re pregnant? I get that now).”
Nathan added that “it was so fun getting to celebrate this incoming treasure with some of our closest family and friends! The preparation continues, and we’re anxiously counting down the days… gah can’t wait to meet her.”
London added on her own Instagram, “It was truly a special day that will be cherished forever. We are so blessed to have such incredible people in our lives, near and far, at the shower, or not! Thank you to ALL for loving our little girl so much ALREADY!! She is one blessed little lady, and we are some dang blessed parents!”
Nathan and London will welcome their daughter this winter.
Nathan Kress and his wife London have revealed the gender of their baby!
The married couple, who revealed that they were expecting earlier this year, have announced that they’re having a baby girl on Twitter today.
“You can find me on my porch, in my rocking chair, polishing my shotgun, for the next 18 to 40 years,” Nathan joked while holding a balloon with London, with the words: “It’s a baby girl”.
London shared earlier last week that the couple knew the gender and were waiting on the perfect time to reveal it with Nathan‘s fans.
“Already halfway there… baby has been kicking like CRAZY ????We do know the gender & we’ll let ya know very soon what it is. Love this babe with all our [hearts],” she wrote.

London revealed the news on her Instagram today, in a sweet pic showing off her tiny baby bump.
“I put my barf bag down for this photo,” she captioned with a few hashtags — #seriouslySOexcited #weloveoursweetbabyKress #completelyworthit #secondtrimesterherewecome.
This is the first child for both London and Nathan, who were married in November 2015.
London later underwent surgery for her struggle with endometriosis.

The former iCarly actor’s wife, London, snapped this sharp pic ahead of the Indy 500 Gala this weekend and honestly, we should all be sending her a million thank yous for it.
“Bae’s professional shoe carrier,” Nathan jokingly captioned the shot on his Instagram.
Nathan and London were chosen as unofficial flag bearers for the annual sporting event — making sure the green flags for the race got to the event safely.
“Getting ready to deliver the green flag to @IndianapolisMotorSpeedway with the help of the @IU_Health Lifeline flight crew!! Ready for an awesome day!!!!” he added.

Nathan Kress snapped a pic with his wife London from a hospital room in Los Angeles.
The 23-year-old actor and director updated fans about London‘s condition and what was going on with them on Instagram.
“So proud of this baller. After over a decade of sometimes debilitating pain, my girl stuck to her guns amid frustrating doctor’s visits, elected to have surgery, and discovered that she’s been dealing with endometriosis for much of her life,” Nathan wrote of London.
He added, “She did great in surgery and is recovering at home. We’re so thankful for this outcome, and I’m absolutely pumped to watch her quality of life improve as a result. Here’s to you, Londy. We are blessed, today, and every day.”

Nathan Kress and his new wife London are sharing their beautiful wedding video with all of their fans.
“This was something that we had originally intended to keep private… But after finally getting to see our finished wedding highlights this morning, we decided that we want for the fans, and anyone who is interested, to be able to get just a small look into what happened on this incredible day,” Nathan, 23, shared on Instagram.
He added, “For those who don’t know much about us, I hope this gives you an idea of where we come from. My fans and followers mean a lot to me, and because of the overwhelming support we received from so many of you during this time, we want you to feel like you were there.”
London added her own message on her account, writing, “We were going to keep this private, but how could we, with such insurmountable joy?? Know that all of the love and devotion does not go unnoticed, and we want to invite you all to be a part of the best day of our lives, too. Thank you for celebrating with us, whether you were actually there, or there in spirit. You all mean so much to us…more than you know.”
