If you’ve been watching this season of American Idol, you’ve probably fallen in love with MacKenzie Bourg.
The 23-year-old Louisiana native has impressed week after week with amazing covers of some of JJJ‘s favorite songs.
But last week, MacKenzie sang his original track “Roses,” which he also debuted during Hollywood Week.

The American Idol Top 10 gather for a celebratory photo after the show in Los Angeles on Thursday night (February 25).
Just after the show, the finalists — La’Porsha Renae, MacKenzie Bourg, Tristan McIntosh, Trent Harmon, Olivia Rox, Gianna Isabella, Sonika Vaid, Dalton Rapattoni, Avalon Young and Lee Jean — hit up the after party held at The London Hotel in West Hollywood.
Judges Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban, and Harry Connick, Jr., as well as Ryan Seacrest also joined the bash after the live show.
