Freestyle siblings Corbin Bleu and Madison Pettis are teaming back up to pledge their commitment to service by walking the Extra Mile Volunteer Pathway for the launch of generationOn.
generationOn is a new youth service division of the Points of Light Institute which ignites the power of all kids to make their mark on the world.
To officially kick-off generationOn, hundreds of children from around the nation will come together at the Extra Mile – Points of Light Volunteer Pathway and walk the mile-long path to represent their commitment to service and how they plan to make a difference in their communities.

After the event, the 12-year-old actress made her way to Washington D.C., where she attended the 2010 USO Gala held at Marriot Wardman Park Hotel. Madison spoke on stage during the event and even met up backstage with Miss Teen USA Kamie Crawford and Miss USA Rima Fakih.
The USO is very close to Madison‘s heart — her big brother Stephen is in the military.

Jumpstart’s Read for the Record is a world record breaking campaign that brings children and adults together to read the same book, on the same day, in homes and communities all over the world. The campaign also kicks off Jumpstart’s yearlong program, preparing preschool children in low-income neighborhoods for success in school and life.

Fireworks burst into a thousand colors behind Miley Cyrus as she sings a new song for military families in these new shots from Hannah Montana.
In the upcoming episode “Been There All Along,” features a salute to military families where Miley performs two songs — “Been Here All Along” and “I’m Still Good.” Special messages from military families will air throughout the evening and will be available with the episode at DisneyChannel.com/Salute.

The 11-year-old actress caught up with MaximoTV on the red carpet about her friendship with star Jaden Smith. She shared, “The last time I saw him was last year at his birthday party. After that, he went to China [to film], so I’m excited to see him.”
Madison has been using her voice a lot as of late — she’s not only voicing a new character in Disney’s upcoming Jake and the NeverLand Pirates, but she’s also voicing LaLa in Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2!
