Maiara Walsh brightens up the red carpet in a blue Bebe dress as she arrives at the 2010 Young Hollywood Awards held earlier last month at The Ebell of Los Angeles.
The 22-year-old actress will be guest starring on The Secret Life of the American Teenager this season!
Maiara tweeted this morning, “In hair and make up for my first day of shooting on The Secret Life of the American Teenager :)”
While the series returns on ABC Family on MONDAY, June 7, Maiara‘s episode won’t air until August.

JJJ was at the conference and got the chance to chat with the faces of Girl Prep plus Monique Coleman and got to know what Girl Prep is all about.
Maiara, 21, told us about building up self confidence, “Build it up from affirmations like telling yourself that ‘I am strong enough to do this’ until you actually believe it. Being able to go out and stand out and knowing that your voice matters and that it does count.”
Francia added on, “This is everything that I wish I had in high school. I wish I had girls that I admired back in high school to help me with my self-esteem.”

Stunning as always, Maiara Walsh steps out at Beso restaurant to celebrate costar Eva Longoria Parker‘s new fragrance launch for Eva by Eva Longoria in Los Angeles on Tuesday evening (April 27).
The 22-year-old actress wore a strapless black and white Alexander Wang dress — the same that Demi Lovato wore for the Princess Protection Program premiere in Toronto earlier last year.

Maiara Walsh catches up with costar pal Andrea Bowen as they step out at the 11th Anniversary Celebration of Nylon Magazine held at Trousdale in West Hollywood on Wednesday night (April 7).
The 22-year-old actress is one of the new faces of Girl Prep, an interactive empowerment conference was created as a response to increased community concern for early intervention in the lives of disadvantaged teen and tween girls aged 10 to 13 years old.

The 22-year-old actress recently caught up with Steppin’ Out magazine and dished on why she stays away from reality television.
Maiara shared, “I tried watching one of the episodes for five minutes and I said, ‘This really isn’t for me,’ and I changed the channel. I think people like to see that kind of drama. It’s like watching a train wreck. I personally am not a huge fan of reality TV. Some of it can be entertaining, but after a while it’s all just the same thing. Half of it is scripted anyway. It’s just not that exciting to me.”

In the next new episode of DH, “Chromolume #7″, while in the Big Apple, a chance encounter with supermodels Heidi Klum and Paulina Porizkova leads Gaby (Eva Longoria Parker) to an unexpected revelation about herself.

Maiara Walsh brings a bit of color to the red carpet premiere of When In Rome at the El Capitan Theater in Los Angeles on Wednesday evening (January 27).
The 21-year-old Desperate Housewives actress, who wore a Bop Basics mini and Son of John cape, revealed her beauty routine to Factio mag.
“I try to drink as much water as possible. It keeps your face clear and keeps you healthy in general. That’s my number one. I try to do it every day and it helps me when an event comes along.
“I wash my face before I go to bed, make sure I take my makeup off, you do not want to wake up with all your pores clogged,” Maiara says.
