Chace Crawford gets into the spirit of all the Carnival events going on in Rio, Brazil while in town on Sunday (February 15).
The 29-year-old former Gossip Girl actor is in town to promote John John and he was spotted at the party making out with Brazilian singer Manu Gavassi, 22.
First Chace had a samba lesson from Bruna Marquezine before having a hot makeout session with Manu, who is a successful singer in Brazil. She has over a million followers on both her Twitter and Instagram accounts.
