The 21-year-old actress dolled up in an Erin Fetherston dress with Brian Atwood heels and Lauren Merkin clutch. Matt went with an Emporio Armani ensemble.

The 21-year-old actress and Emmy winner brought along boyfriend Matt Prokop to party it up with her and the Modern Family cast.
