Megan and Liz almost blend into their white kitchen in their brand new video for “Big Kids”.
The 23-year-old twins dropped the video just after their new EP, Deux, was released.
“Hands up if you’re a big kid *raises hand*,” the girls wrote with the video. “We’re so excited to share this music video with you! We’re going to have way more content this year too, so stay tuned. xo M&L”
Be sure to check out the rest of Megan and Liz‘s EP too!
Megan and Liz are back with a brand new EP, Deux, that we’re positive will be our theme music for the entire year.
“This career has been full of ups and downs, and you guys have been with us all the way. You’ve been the reason behind every cool thing that has happened in our career thus far,” Megan wrote on the duo’s official website.
She continued, “I have a really great feeling with this new EP, and this year in general. I’m hungry to work. I know that this is what we are meant to do, and that passion is burning inside us more than ever. This music feels right. This music feels us. It’s taken so long to get to that feeling. The two years of not having anyone tapping on our shoulders or saying ‘you should do this,’ has been very beneficial to us. Has it been scary? Yes. Has it been easy? No. At the end of it all though, I’m so proud and so excited. There will be songs you’ve heard on this EP, and songs you haven’t. I hope you guys are ready for the ride, because I know we are.”
Megan & Liz sing together in this cute new video for Barbie‘s “Raise Your Voice” campaign.
The 22-year-old twins wrote a cute letter with the video. Check it:
“We have been fans of Barbie and all of her adventures for as long as we can remember! So when [she, sic] transforms into a Rockstar for her new movie, (Barbie in Rock N Royals) we were beyond stoked, because we were all ‘We are singers too, Barbie!!!!’ :) Music is obviously very important to our every day lives, and to our relationship as sisters, and best friends. SO when we heard ‘Raise Our Voices’ we fell in love with the message and the overall vibe.
“Our video is us having fun, singing and LOVING life. Hope you enjoy our little rendition! Megan & Liz have just debuted their new music video for “Simple Life”!
“Just because you live in a big city, it’s not a bad thing, it just wasn’t for us,” Liz shared with USA Today about the video concept. “That message was the whole goal of the video. The director went to Los Angeles and shot the scenes with the actress,” Liz says. “Then he came back, and we shot all the performance scenes in Nashville.”
She added, “We’ve always kind of been country, in the way that we were raised, the way we’ve constructed our songs and the way we grew up as artists. Now, it’s showing up in the production, which it never has before. We feel like we’re finally home and secure and excited about what’s coming up next.”
