Pride Month is nearly over, but Netflix made sure to end on a high note with their new series Glamorous!

The new show has been years in the making and features a predominately queer cast.

Glamorous tells the story of Marco Mejia, a young gender non-conforming queer man whose life seems to be stuck in place until he lands a job working for legendary makeup mogul Madolyn Addison. It’s Marco’s first chance to figure out what he wants out of life, who he actually is, and what it really means for him to be queer.

All ten episodes of the dramedy are now streaming on Netflix, and you may be wanting to know more about the cast and characters.

Years in the making and we finally have a premiere date for the upcoming series Glamorous!

First ordered as a pilot at The CW back in 2019, the Miss Benny-starring show was then picked up by Netflix in 2022 and ordered to series.

Now that the series is finally coming out, not only do we have the premiere date, but we also have some first look photos!

Netflix is shaping up the cast of the upcoming new series Glamorous!

Miss Benny will star in the show, which was ordered to series earlier this year. They have actually been developing the series for three years, after it was originally ordered as a pilot on The CW in 2019.

Now, Zane Phillips, Michael Hsu Rosen, and Kim Cattrall are among those joining the cast.

Zane was recently seen in the final season of The CW’s Legacies and in Hulu’s Fire Island movie, while Michael was last seen on Netflix in Pretty Smart. Kim has recently starred in Hulu’s How I Met Your Father and Peacocks’ Queer as Folk reboot.

It was just revealed that the series, which starred Emily Osment, Gregg Sulkin, Olivia Macklin, Michael Hsu Rosen and Cinthya Carmona, has been canceled after only one season on the streamer, according to TV Line.

Kylie Jefferson is making her on-screen debut in the upcoming Netflix series Tiny Pretty Things!

The ballet dancer stars as Nevaeh Stroyer in the new show, which is being described as Black Swan meets Pretty Little Liars.

It’s based off of the book by Sona Charaipotra and Dhonielle Clayton, and is set in the world of an elite ballet academy and charts the rise and fall of young adults who live far from their homes, each standing on the verge of greatness or ruin.

As Chicago’s only elite dance school, the Archer School of Ballet serves as the company school for the city’s renowned professional company: City Works Ballet. The Archer School is an oasis for an array of dancers: rich and poor, from north and south, and a range of backgrounds. Yet they all share a rare talent and passion for dance, a loyal sense of community… and when it comes to their dreams, no Plan B.

When tragedy strikes at Chicago’s most prestigious ballet school, where every dancer is both friend and foe who compete fiercely for coveted roles, it threatens to unravel close friendships and to expose a constellation of secrets that could bring down a world-renowned institution.
