Let It Snow is based off the book from John Green, Maureen Johnson, and Lauren Myracle, and will be out on November 8th!
The 25-year-old actor took to his Instagram to share a touching message and encourage donations to The Cameron Boyce Foundation.
“You were the kindest, brightest, and the most talented person I’ve ever had the honour of knowing. I will miss you dearly man,” Mitchell wrote.
He continued, “Please, please donate and support The Cameron Boyce Foundation. This foundation provides young people artistic and creative outlets as alternatives to violence and negativity and uses resources and philanthropy for positive change in the world. Your name will live on forever mate. You’re gonna change the world.”
Kenny Ortega is surrounded by stars of Descendants, Hocus Pocus and High School Musical during his Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony on Wednesday afternoon (July 24) in Hollywood.
“Sitting here today with us is my buddy — Cameron Boyce’s dad, Victor — and his sister, Maya. Cameron Boyce was so excited for me and wanted to be here…” Kenny shared in his speech at the ceremony. “His all too brief appearance in this life inspired me beyond words [as well as] many of us here and generations of kids and families all over this world. His extraordinary talent and loving heart will be remembered through his foundation.”
He added, “Cameron said, ‘We can’t take it with us, so it’s about what you leave,’ and with this, I promise Cameron that I will carry this goodness with me in all the days of my life.”
