Over the weekend, all of our fave celebs paid tribute to their mommas on Mother’s Day on social media and their sweet messages made us melt!

Dove Cameron, Nina Dobrev, Hailee Steinfeld, Hayden Byerly, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Trevor Jackson, and many more shared amazing messages on their Instagrams to their moms on the special holiday.

“happy mother’s day to a living, breathing, earth-bound goddess,” Dove wrote for her tribute to mom Bonnie. “Sent here like an angel to help and teach and watch over my sister and myself, and any single person who’s ever been lucky enough to enter her orbit.”

“An actual unexplained worldly phenomenon is my mother. lucky to be 1/2 you, mama. the luckiest.”

Grace VanderWaal won our hearts with one song, while her mom stood in the wings clapping and cheering her heart out.

The singer-songwriter shot to fame after her self-written song “I Don’t Know My Name” blew the judges away on America’s Got Talent.

Still, Grace might be the first to tell you, she still has a normal life. After all, she wasn’t allowed to get Snapchat until her 13th birthday earlier this year.

Here career is taking off so fast, and someone who’s at her side the entire way — for support and to keep her grounded — is Tina Vanderwaal.

For our multi-part Mother’s Day series, Grace really wanted to tell her mom how much she cares.

Dear Mom,

You have been there supporting me since day one and showing unconditional love. You can just hang out with me and watch Netflix, but also guide me through life’s challenges and womanhood.

The words I’m typing can’t say what’s really in my heart and the best I can explain it is that I love you. So much.

You are so hard working and even though I know we fight sometimes, I know you want the best for me. You deserve a day like Mother’s Day to celebrate and acknowledge what you do every day for this whole family.

Sometimes it’s hard to speak from the heart, but when we asked social media star Inanna Sarkis to write a letter of gratitude to her mother, she knew exactly the love she wanted to bestow on her.

Inanna‘s letter to her mom is every one of us who followed our dreams (or are thinking about following our dreams), even if that means moving away from the people you love the most.

The Canadian-born model and actress (who has close to five million followers) may be having the best time of her life living in Los Angeles and making hilarious YouTube videos with her best friend Lele Pons, but Inanna — who turns 23 on May 15 — will never forget exactly how and why she got there.

In our multi-part series, Inanna shares her raw emotion about how much her mother has affected her life.

Dear Mom,

I’m sorry for not always answering your calls,
for the short talks & goodbyes.
I’m sorry for not always being grateful,
but I do cherish that love in your eyes.

I may not need you to hold me,
but I only strive because you support me,

Social Media influencer Lele Pons is literally on top of the world, thanks, in part, to her loving mother.

The 20-year-old star from Caracas, Venezuela, has racked up over 22 million followers and her adorable personality and cleverly crafted, everybody-can-relate-to videos make us laugh every single day.

Lele is one of the funniest personalities on the internet, but growing up wasn’t easy for her.

That’s why Lele wants to give her mom, Anna Maronese, a sincere thank you for helping her every step of the way.
