Lana Condor Reveals Why There's No Jubilee in 'Dark Phoenix'

Honestly, the lack of Jubilee in X-Men: Apocalypse was an issue for us, and now she’s not even in Dark Phoenix – but there is a good reason!

Speaking with Collider in a new interview, Lana Condor revealed that she had to pass to be a part of the film, because she as filming another project…something we’ve all come to be obsessed with.

“No, I didn’t end up doing Dark Phoenix ‘cause I was doing To All the Boys [I’ve Loved Before],” the 21-year-old actress explained.

However, Lana is still hoping that Jubliee will pop up in an future X-Men films.

“I hope X-Men lives on so hopefully in the future I’ll be able to go back to that family because it’s where I feel very indebted and loyal to.”

We need more Jubilee!

Cameron Monaghan Shares Behind Scenes Video From 'Anthem of Teenage Prophet' Filming

There are just a handful of days left until Anthem of Teenage Prophet is out in theaters!

Cameron Monaghan shared a behind-the-scenes video with his fans on social media over the weekend, to hype up the premiere.

“My film comes out this Friday in theaters and On Demand. It’s been nearly two years since we shot it, and I had such a blast filming it,” he wrote.

Cameron added, “In celebration, I made a quick vid of all the behind the scenes stuff I had in my phone! #AnthemOfATeenageProphet”

Also starring Peyton List, the film centers on Luke, a teenager who foresees the death of his best friend.

In the “special look” from the film, Brie Larson is sharing her backstory with Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson).

Captain Marvel is set in the 1990s and follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom.

The film hits theaters on Friday, March 8th and also stars Mckenna Grace as the young Carol Danvers.

Vanessa Hudgens gets a good picture of a flying bird in the brand new trailer for her upcoming movie, Polar.

Based on upon the Dark Horse graphic novel “Polar: Came from the Cold” by Victor Santos, the film centers on the world’s top assassin, Duncan Vizla, aka The Black Kaiser (Mads Mikkelsen), who is settling into retirement when his former employer marks him as a liability to the firm.

Against his will, he finds himself back in the game going head to head with an army of younger, faster, ruthless killers who will stop at nothing to have him silenced.

Vanessa stars in the movie as his neighbor.

Polar will premiere Friday, January 25th on Netflix.

'Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse' Wins Best Animated Film at Golden Globes 2019

Congrats to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse!

The new film just picked up the Best Animated Film award at tonight’s 2019 Golden Globe Awards!

The movie beat out Incredibles 2, Isle of Dogs, Mirai and Ralph Breaks the Internet.

The win also marks only the third ever film to win over Walt Disney. The other two were The Adventures of TinTin in 2011 and How To Train Your Dragon 2 in 2014.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, starring Shameik Moore, Jake Johnson, Hailee Steinfeld, and many more, is playing now in theaters.
