Brooklyn & Bailey Explain The Full Meaning of 'What We're Made Of' After Dropping Official Video - Watch!

Brooklyn & Bailey have just released the girl power video that you will absolutely love!

The twin social stars and singers unleashed a meaningful message inside their new song and video.

“This song has special meaning for us, because as girls and women in the world we face many stereotypes and labels that society has placed upon us,” the ladies wrote in the notes section of the vid. “We’re not defining society as just men…we’re also talking about women. Girls can’t tear each other down.”

They continue, “It is so easy for women to compare themselves to each other, trying super hard to live up to the huge expectations they have for themselves mostly because others have placed those expectations upon them. Discouragement can follow, she may feel less adequate, unappreciated… like it would just be easier to fall in line with past stereotypes and simply go with the flow.”

Brooklyn and Bailey have hope, though.

“Our hope is that women and young girls everywhere will see that we can’t let these stereotypes define us,” they add. “We certainly don’t need approval from society to be the powerful women we hope to be. It’s time to break free and unleash the potential of our dreams, whatever they may be!”

Louis Tomlinson Teases New Song 'Back to You' & It's Probably About Eleanor Calder

Louis Tomlinson Teases New Song 'Back to You' & It's Probably About Eleanor Calder

Louis Tomlinson is the only member of One Direction who has yet to dabble in a solo career, but all of that is about to change.

The 25-year-old singer teased an audio clip from his first solo song, “Back to You,” today (July 11) and we couldn’t be more excited for him (and ourselves!) He only tweeted out 12 seconds of the song, but between the grainy video and the heartfelt melody, it sounds amazing.

Louis has said that the song is “about that one person that no matter how hard you try, you keep coming back to” and we’re pretty sure he means Eleanor Calder, his girlfriend who he rekindled his relationship with after a year apart. We also know that it is coming July 21 and features Bebe Rexha and DJ Digital Farm Animals.

Based on the replies to his tweet, his fans are ready for it.

Selena Gomez Teases an Audio Sample From Her New Single 'Fetish'

Selena Gomez recently revealed the cover art for her new single, “Fetish” – and now we know the release date!

The 24-year-old “Bad Liar” singer took to Twitter this afternoon to tease that we only have two (that’s right, TWO) more days until the debut of “Fetish.”

She tweeted a 16-second video of her glossed lips singing along to the song in what could be a clip from the upcoming music video, or could just be a teaser. Either way, she looks flawless.

“Take it or leave it/ Baby take it or leave it/ But I know you won’t leave it/ Because I know that you need it/ Look in the mirror/ Now look in the mirror/ Baby, I see it clearer/ Why you want to be nearer,” the 24-year-old sings.

“Fetish. Thursday,” she tweeted.

Girl, we’re ready for it.

Haim Covers Selena Gomez in a Dreamy Rendition of 'Bad Liar' - Watch Now!

Haim Covers Selena Gomez in a Dreamy Rendition of 'Bad Liar' - Watch Now!

Haim has been crazy busy lately promoting their new album, Something to Tell You, but they found time to cover pop princess Selena Gomez‘s “Bad Liar,” and you definitely need to find time to listen to it.

The three sisters, Este, Alana, and Danielle, played an airy, dream-like cover of the hit song for BBC Radio 1′s Live Lounge with their own makeshift percussion instruments.

While Selena and Haim have distinctly different sounds, the cover totally works, especially because Selena‘s “Bad Liar” has a distinctly ’70s vibe.

Camila Cabello & Major Lazer Debut 'Know No Better' Music Video - Watch Here!

Major Lazer‘s official music video for “Know No Better,” featuring Travis Scott, Camila Cabello and Quavo, has finally arrived!

“For me, Major Lazer is the ne plus ultra of dance music videos,” director Philip Andelman said in a statement. “It’s always been a dream of mine to work with them and be included in their insane canon. Which is where the idea for the video started, with a daydream.”

“I used to space out all through high school about being the sickest guitarist in the world to impress girls but all I could play in real life was a quarter-speed version of Slash’s solo from ‘Sweet Child O’Mine,’” Philip added. “I thought it could be fun to do a video that married a kid’s daydream of being a Major Lazer backup dancer (i.e. the ultimate goal for any dancer out there) with the reality of quotidian ass-kickings and unbearable siblings.”

Know Me Better” is the lead single off of Major Lazer‘s brand new six-track EP also called, Know No Better.

Selena Gomez Reveals Why She Left The Scene

Selena Gomez Reveals Why She Left The Scene

Ever wonder what happened to Selena Gomez & The Scene?

The 24-year-old singer reveals why the group went their separate ways during a new interview, which you can watch below.

“That to me was a very specific time in my life,” Selena said. “I think if you’re 14, 15, 16 and you’re trying to sing about situations in life that you haven’t experienced, I don’t really know if that qualifies you as an artist, if I’m being honest with you.”

She continued, “It helped me to have people who were older around me that helped guide me, and inspired me and pushed me. And there was a moment when I felt like I could do it and I wanted to try it on my own.”

The Scene formed back in 2008, spawned three albums – including hit songs “Who Says” and “Love You like a Love Song” – and went on an indefinite hiatus in 2012.
