Nastia Liukin is starting to count down the days until she marries longtime love, Matt Lombardi.
“304 days…,” the 26-year-old former Olympian shared on Instagram with a pic of both of their customized sneakers baring their last names.
Nastia and Matt, who became engaged in 2015, will officially tie the knot on June 24th, 2017.
Nastia also just returned from the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics where she was one of the commentators for the Artistic and Rhythmic Gymnastics competitions.
“Words can’t even describe how grateful I am to have had the experience I did this last month in Rio,” she wrote on social media. “Thank you Jim, Becky and all of NBC Olympics for believing in me. What an incredible few weeks it has been covering my first Olympic Games on NBC. This is just the beginning… Thank you to the city of Rio de Janeiro and the country of Brazil for hosting an incredible Games. With that being said, we are America bound!!!”

Nastia Liukin keeps it hot in Vegas with a black dress for the 10th anniversary Celebration of ‘The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil’ held at The Mirage Hotel & Casino on Thursday night (July 14).
“About last night… Thank you @Cirque for having me. I LOVED celebrating the 10th Anniversary of ‘LOVE’ with you,” the 26-year-old athlete and Olympic commentator shared on Twitter after the event, which Modern Family‘s Aubrey Anderson-Emmons and Josh Hutcherson also stepped out for.
Speaking with Yahoo recently, Nastia opened up about her life after retirement: “I felt so lost for a good year. I gained probably 10 to 20 pounds, because when you stop doing something and just go cold turkey your body doesn’t even know what to do. I finally feel like I’ve found my rhythm again. It takes time to figure out what your body needs and what’s best for you both in nutrition and also fitness.”
She added, “I remember walking into a regular gym, not a gymnastics gym, and looking at the equipment and thinking, ‘What are these things?’ I had no idea what to do and how to use this equipment because my whole life was so structured. My dad was my coach and he always gave me a plan. All of a sudden I’m like, ‘Wait, where’s my coach?’ It was really up to me to kind of figure it out.”

The 16-year-old snowboarder joined gymnast Nastia Luikin, snowboarder Mark McMorris, race car driver Alexander Rossi, and freeskier Gus Kenworthy.
Siblings Rico and Raini Rodriguez also stepped out for the annual sports award show.

The 26-year-old gymnast and Matt cheered on Madison while she was commentating the event for NBC in San Jose.

Earlier, Nastia also spent some time with Dancing With The Stars pro Sasha Farber and Emma Slater before attending the 2016 Sports Humanitarian of The Year Awards on Tuesday night (July 12) in Los Angeles.

The 26-year-old gymnast reunited with her team — Shawn Johnson, Chellsie Memmel, Samantha Peszek and Bridget Sloan — over the weekend at the Olympic Trials held in San Jose, Calif.

“2008 Olympic Team Reunion! We miss you Alicia,” Nastia wrote on Instagram, giving a shout out to Alicia Sacramore Quinn, who is expecting her first child with NFL quarterback Brady Quinn and was unable to make the event.
Nastia Liukin is headed back to the Olympics — but this time as a commentator!
The 26-year-old former Olympian will be on the sidelines this time as an official gymnastics commentator at the 2016 Rio Summer Olympic Games kicking off in August.
“This is a huge deal! I’m so excited to be back,” Nastia dished to People. “I’ve been keeping track of all the gymnasts in the competitions leading up. I’ve gotten to know the gymnasts, their start values and their routines.”
She added, “It’s a little challenging, though, because when I’m commentating I have to remain neutral and I’m still friends with these girls, so that’s hard for me!”
Nastia will sit alongside former Olympian Tim Daggett, Al Trautwig and primetime correspondent coach Bela Karolyi as an NBC analyst.
Nastia Liukin and Shawn Johnson glam up for the Dancing with the Stars Finals on Tuesday (May 24) from Los Angeles.
The two former Olympians — and DWTS contestants — reunited for the season’s finale, along with Shawn’s new husband, Andrew East.
