It’s coming – The Princess Switch 3 is almost here!
Netflix just revealed all of the details on the upcoming third film, starring Vanessa Hudgens.
The official title is The Princess Switch 3: Romancing the Star, and sees the actress back as Queen Margaret, Princess Stacy, and Margaret’s cousin Fiona.
Vanessa Hudgens has a THIRD look-a-like in the just released trailer for her upcoming Netflix sequel, The Princess Switch: Switched Again!
In the trailer, the 31-year-old actress’ character Stacy reveals it’s two years after the first movie, she married the prince and while the Duchess Margaret tried to make it work with Kevin, they eventually broke up. Fast forward, and Margaret has a cousin named Fiona, who also looks identical to them!
Here’s a full synopsis: When Duchess Margaret unexpectedly inherits the throne to Montenaro and hits a rough patch with boyfriend Kevin, it’s up to her double Princess Stacy of Belgravia to get these star-crossed lovers back together… but the course of true love is complicated by the appearance of a handsome royal who’s intent on stealing Margaret’s heart.
Throw in the unexpected arrival of Margaret’s outrageous party girl cousin Fiona, a third look-alike who has ambitions of her own, and you have the recipe for Christmas triple trouble!
The Princess Switch: Switched Again, also starring Sam Palladio and Nick Sagar, premieres on November 19th on Netflix.

Not only do we get the photos, but we found out the sequel will premiere on November 19th on Netflix.
AND it was also just announced that The Princess Switch 3 is coming. Filming is set to begin later this year in Scotland, and premiere in the 2021 holiday season!!
The 29-year-old High School Musical actress shined at the special screening of her new movie The Princess Switch at the Netflix Icon Building on Monday (November 12) in Los Angeles.
The upcoming Netflix holiday romance is about Margaret, the gorgeous Duchess of Montenaro, who switches places with Stacy, a “commoner” from Chicago, who looks exactly like her. With the assistance of a magical Santa’s helper, Margaret falls in love with Stacy’s handsome co-worker, while Stacy falls in love with Margaret’s fiance, the dashing Prince.
At the event, Vanessa posed with Kim HidalgoLaura New, co-stars Sam Palladio and Nick Sagar, producer Brad Krevoy, Netflix exec Christina Rogers and director Mike Rohl.
The Princess Switch premieres on Friday (November 16).
