Nikki Reed answers a phone call after lunching in Larchmont Village in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon (July 31).
The 25-year-old actress was just announced as the lead in upcoming football comedy, Intramural.
According to The Wrap, the story follows a fifth-year college senior who assembles a team of misfits for one last epic run in intramural football before moving on to marriage, graduation and the real world.
Intramural also stars Jake Lacy, Nick Kocher, Brian McElhaney, Michael Hogan, Sam Edison and D.C. Pierson.
“I’ll always love her,” Nikki told Omg Yahoo. “We all developed a kind of bond — it takes real experience and history to create that kind of closeness. I mean, I’m so lucky that I worked with such talented people and wonderful people. I love them.”
Nikki added, “We actually were a relatively drama-free cast. People obviously wanted to invent stuff because of the lack of drama. Well, aside, from a few little fights where I told Peter [Facinelli] that he wasn’t making the right dinner!”

The 25-year-old actress threw a star-studded bash for the official summer drink complete with a giant Slurpee cup sandcastle art created by award-winning sand sculptor Mark Mason and the Sandtastic team, music and the Slurpee Dance.
To celebrate their 86th birthday, 7-11 is giving away FREE small Slurpee drinks on Thursday, July 11th from 11AM to 7PM at participating 7-Eleven stores in the United States and Canada.

“I’ve been trying to do it all,” Nikki recently said of acting, singing, and designing jewelry. “I’ve discovered on this journey in the entertainment industry that, especially as a girl, woman, it’s really important to try to create your own opportunities. There’s a lot of no’s, not right now or you’re not good enough, and it’s really important to take that and find it empowering somehow and try to do something else.”
