During the ceremony, Nina received the EMA Futures Award, which was presented to her by close friend and The Vampire Diaries creator Julie Plec. In her acceptance speech, Nina discussed her passion for saving sharks.

The 30-year-old actress has been walking around on crutches lately, but she was spotted without them while picking up coffee on Tuesday afternoon (August 20) in Los Angeles. She is still wearing a brace on her foot.

The actress shared some a photo and videos from her Friday night with a group of celeb pals to celebrate their talent agent Tracy Brennan‘s upcoming nuptials.

Nina recorded a video of Charles doing some karate kicks, while Camila ducked and avoided getting hit by them.
