“Yellow is my first body of work I’ve ever put out. It’s a mix between uptempo songs that make you want to dance and very heartfelt and honest songs. All five of the songs are super personal to me and I’m so proud of them,” Nova said.
She added, “I’ve been making music since I was 12 so to finally have something out, something I’m super proud of, and something that represents a chapter in my life, is so special to me. I am grateful for every listener. I feel like Yellow really shows my growth as a person and an artist. This is only beginning!”

The 16-year-old Swedish indie-pop singer exclusively shared what went down while she was filming the video in Iceland and spoiler alert – it got pretty cold!
Nova shared personal footage as she traveled to the country and braved the freezing weather.
“I’m super happy with everything that we have but it’s SO cold. I’ve never experienced anything like this before,” Nova explained.
She later added, “It’s been absolutely amazing and this is such a great opportunity and I’m so grateful and happy.”

Nova spilled to JJJ about what the super catchy song means to her.
“Anything For U is about those goose bump feelings you get at the start of a new relationship – maybe the other person is more chill, but you’ve decided to take the first step and say ‘Yo, I would do Anything For U!’ Well…almost anything!” Nova explained.
She added, “The bass line is sick and I love how catchy the chorus is. I’m really proud of this song I hope you all like it!”
