Peyton List has been cast in the upcoming indie flick Supreme Ruler.
According to THR, the 27-year-old actress joins a cast that includes Ron Livingston, Natalie Zea, Vincent D’Onofrio, Marcia Gay Harden, and Brian Geraghty.
The film follows a small-town man (Livingston) who dreams of becoming “Supreme Ruler” of his local Buffalo Lodge, but is challenged by a hard-drinking womanizer (D’Onofrio). The two adversaries are forced to travel to the Buffalo National Convention in Chicago in order to win the support of the organization’s national leaders.
Peyton currently stars in The Tomorrow People on The CW.

In “Rumble”, Stephen (Amell) and his fellow Ultra trainees are given a test by Jedikiah (Mark Pellegrino) to see who is worthy of becoming an Ultra agent, but not everyone is happy to work as a team.
Meanwhile, Cara (Peyton List) is faced with a mysterious visitor from her past; Russell (Aaron Yoo) is sent on a dangerous recon mission that could force a clash between Tomorrow People groups; and John (Luke Mitchell) works with a new break-out.

In “The Citadel”, after Stephen (Amell) returns from the brink, he thinks he has a clue to what happened to his father, but his fellow Tomorrow People are not sure they believe him. When the Tomorrow People learn some disappointing news from John (Mitchell), they make an unexpected decision about their future. The Tomorrow People finally get a lead on Ultra’s secret research lab and they devise a dangerous plan to free all those being held captive there.
Meanwhile, Stephen’s mom introduces Stephen and his brother Luca (Jacob Kogan) to a new man she is dating, but Stephen is having a hard time getting a read on him.

Robbie Amell gets thrown up against a wall in this new still from The Tomorrow People.
In “Limbo,” when Stephen (Amell) decides to have some fun with his newfound powers, Jedikiah (Mark Pellegrino) takes extreme measures to make sure it doesn’t happen again. After John (Luke Mitchell) and Russell (Aaron Yoo) return from their trip, John feels a strange tension between himself and Cara (Peyton List).
Stephen tries to handle a new and dangerous breakout on his own, but finds himself in over his head and needing help from his fellow Tomorrow People. Meanwhile, Stephen has a moment of clarity when it comes to his father, and is more determined than ever to figure out what happened to him.

Peyton List makes a dash for it as she films new scenes for The Tomorrow People in Vancouver, Canada on Tuesday afternoon (November 12).
The 27-year-old actress was seen running into an extra and then fleeing the scene in pursuit of something.
The other Peyton List, 15, from Disney Channel’s Jessie, opened up about sharing her name with another actress with Access Hollywood.
“It’s really weird! What are the odds? It’s not like a common name and we spell it the same way and everything,” she shared, adding that the two do get mix ups.
Peyton said, “We stayed at the same hotel actually at one point and we got each other’s call sheets and I got voicemails for her and she got the same thing from me.”

In “Sorry for Your Loss”, Stephen (Amell) and Russell (Yoo) head out for a night of fun, and run into a potential new break-out.
Stephen and Russell report back to John (Luke Mitchell) and Cara (Peyton List) about the new person, but they want to keep a low profile from Ultra.
Sadly, Russell learns that his dad has passed away and he is torn about whether or not he should go home. John volunteers to accompany Russell to help keep him out of trouble.
