R5 is blessing our lives with their brand new single, “Hurts Good”!

The band — Ross Lynch, Rocky Lynch, Riker Lynch, Rydel Lynch, and Ellington Ratliff — announced the new single last week and fans have been anxiously awaiting the debut.

R5 are currently on the European leg of their New Addictions tour, and have plans to take it all the way around the world.

Ross Lynch leans on older brother Riker during R5‘s concert on Wednesday night (September 13) in Dublin, Ireland.

The guys, plus Ellington Ratliff, Rydel Lynch and Rocky Lynch, kicked off their European tour along with younger brother, and DJ Ryland.

In a recent interview, Ross revealed that the band would love to expand their tour into Asia and Australia.

“We’re at full speed right now…and we’re going to go to South America,” he shared. “We’re going to do a whole tour [there].”

“We’re probably going to go to Japan and Australia to do a whole tour,” Ross adds. “All sorts of exciting stuff happening.”

In short, R5 is taking over the world. We have no problem with that.

R5 kicks off the European leg of their New Addictions tour tonight!

Speaking with PopCrush recently, lead singer Ross Lynch opened up about the thrill of being on the road with the band, and couldn’t come up with anything that was bad about touring.

“We love performing and we love playing music live,” Ross says. “I even love soundcheck. I just like to play. It’s so much fun to me.”

He adds, “After-show parties are really fun – we’ll just kind of hangout with fans or friends that we know in the city. We’ll stay up until, like, 4 AM. That’s another thing about touring: your internal clock and sleeping schedule is so turned around.”

But Riker could think of one of the worst parts of touring: “Some showers. Some venues have some really nasty looking showers.”

R5 just made our Wednesday so much better — with the announcement of their new single!

The band — Ross Lynch, Rocky Lynch, Riker Lynch, Rydel Lynch, and Ellington Ratliff — made the big announcement officially today, however, it looks like Ross spilled the news a few days ahead!

“HURTS GOOD.” he wrote on Monday, September 4th. We definitely missed that!

We can also all thank Rydel for picking out this cover art too, which features Ross in some tight pants.

“And you guys can stop having a heart attack about the cover,” she wrote on Twitter. “I picked it. It looks tight. and Ross slays.”

R5‘s new song “Hurts Good” will be out NEXT Friday, September 15th.

R5‘ Ellington Ratliff is our favoritest drummer ever and for really good reason.

The 24-year-old musician will be heading back out on tour in Europe on the New Additions tour with his band — girlfriend Rydel Lynch, and her bros Rocky, Riker and Ross Lynch.

But before he leaves, JJJ caught up with him to get to know him even better and found out 10 Fun Facts about Ellington.

• When I was thirteen I did the workshop and LA company of 13 a musical by Jason Robert Brown (famous composer in the theater world) and later Ariana Grande did the same show on Broadway
• The biggest show I/R5 ever played was in front of 8,000 people in Argentina. It was insane. Ross (lead singer) fell into the crowd on the first song
• I’m writing this list from Mexico and soon we’ll be coming to Europe and South America so come to a show if you’re around!

Ryland Lynch debuted his new puppy Vader earlier this summer and his family was instantly obsessed.

So, obviously, they had to get another one!

Mom Stormie and R5 are now obsessed with the cutest addition to their family yet — a little French Bulldog puppy named Velvet. (You see what they did there?)

“Hi! I’m Vader’s girlfriend Velvet [heart] getting so much lovins in my new home,” the puppy’s new Instagram says — we mean, she’s soooooooooooo cute!


Rocky, Ross, Rydel and Riker are definitely loving her too. Check out all the pics below!

R5 is already done with the first leg of their “New Addictions” tour!

After announcing the 21-city United States tour in May, the band quickly prepared for the show and left to perform for two months, and it’s already come to a close.

“first leg of the tour has come to an end,” Rydel Lynch posted on Instagram, accompanied by a photo of herself hugging brother Ross tight, “and it was EPIC. thank you all so much for making it amazing and coming out to the shows. love you guys #NewAddictionsTour #R5LIVE #R5 #R5family #SiblingGoals.”

They truly are. (Sibling goals, that is.)

If you haven’t seen them yet, don’t fret: their tour goes international in August!
