The 23-year-old rapper wrote an emotional note to the 26-year-old singer in an Instagram post that has since been deleted.
“You the only girl I can call at 3 in the morning and you’ll answer no problem… the only girl that loves me the way you were supposed to,” Sage wrote. “I miss you too much to watch you look so amazing at the Clive Davis party and not be able to call you and express how much I appreciated the look because you won’t answer nor text back. The feeling is horrible.”
Sage later posted a song referencing Jordin, called “I’ll Keep Love You.”
The 26-year-old singer and 23-year-old rapper have broken up after a 10 month relationship and deleted all pictures of each other from their social media accounts.
Sage wrote an emotional post on Instagram in December that hinted the relationship wasn’t going well.
“Mentally and physically I am weak. I am seeing and feeling myself get weaker says the old me,” Sage wrote. “My imagination is a horrible place that I battle with in my relationship (being jealous)… Right now I’m actin like a b*tch I’m makin b*tch moves so I need to change that.”

Over the weekend, the 26-year-old actress gushed about her boyfriend at the 2015 Teen Choice Awards.
“He’s a great guy. He makes me smile every single day,” Jordin dished to People. “He’s just very low-key and down to Earth as well. We don’t have to always worry about getting up and getting ready or feeling like we have to.”
She added, “He really likes pizza. So I’ve been eating a lot of pizza lately.” So cute!
“We’re having fun. He’s a really good guy, and the pictures speak for themselves… I don’t just kiss people!” the 25-year-old entertainer shared to People about her Instagram pics with the 22-year-old rapper.
“‘Freeze the moment, it’s never been better…’” the 24-year-old singer captioned with the cute pic, which has fans excited about their possible relationship.
Sage, 22, has recently told press that he’s been crushing on Jordin for a while.
“She’s beautiful tho. I’ve been liking her for years,” Sage shared.
