Niall Horan is all smiles as he arrives at the Wango Tango Music Fesitval on Saturday afternoon (May 13) at the StubHub Center in Carson, Calif.
The 24-year-old singer was joined at the event by his former One Direction band mate Liam Payne and Camila Cabello at the event.
