Selena Gomez arrives at the NewNowNext Awards held at The Fonda Theater on Saturday (April 13) in Los Angeles.

The 20-year-old Spring Breakers actress shimmered wearing a sequined Peter Pilotto top, leather pants by Amen, and finished her look with heels by Giuseppe Zanotti.

Celebrating her versatility, Selena will be honored with the Triple Play Award for her work in television, music, and film.

The Logo NewNowNext Awards honors celebrities and icons that will be trending next year. Other award winners include Fergie and Kylie Minogue.

“This performance will be the first time I will be singing in a head piece. I’ve been getting used to that,” the 20-year-old actress/singer shared with MTV.

Selena added, “It’s the first time I’ll be singing and dancing at the same time. I’ve done it on tour a little bit, but I’ve never done a full song that’s choreographed, so that’s going to be really interesting for me to do, and hopefully I’ll do a good job because I’m nervous.”

The 20-year-old actress will be starring in William‘s directorial debut, Rudderless.

The project is a musical drama about a grieving father in a downward spiral stumbles across a box of his recently deceased son’s demo tapes and lyrics. Shocked by the discovery of this unknown talent, he forms a band in the hope of finding some catharsis.
