Shailene Woodley hangs ten inside the Sears Shop Your Way Digital Recharge Lounge on Saturday afternoon (January 19) in Park City, Utah.

The 21-year-old actress, who premiered her new film The Spectacular Now just the night before, picked up a few items for her younger brother.

“After I read the book, I was really profoundly moved, and it’s really metaphorical for things that are going on today, specifically things that I’m passionate about and things that I want to make public and things that I want to educate people on,” Shailene recently shared with MTV, while chatting about Divergent.

She continued, “My whole thing, to be honest, is I never wanted to do big films. I’ve been acting for 16 years, and it was never something that I wanted to do, to be in a big blockbuster film, especially one that was similar to Hunger Games or Twilight. You know, one that had a huge pre-existing fan base and one that would carry on for multiple years.”

Shai also stopped by the New Era Chalet at Village At the Lift and had fun with the decorative cubes as she took photos with her green cap.

Shailene Woodley cozies up to co-star Miles Teller at The Spectacular Now cocktail party thrown by Grey Goose Blue Door during the 2013 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah on Friday night (January 18).

The two joined their cast mates, including Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Kaitlyn Dever, and Brie Larson, at the premiere held at Library Center Theater just a few hours before.

Earlier in the day, Shailene and Miles also stopped by Village at The Lift and posed silly in a photo booth at UGG at Village at the Lift.

The cast also posed for some official portraits at the Getty Images Portrait Studio.

The final season of The Secret Life of the American Teenager is back on March 18th on ABC Family.

In the episode “To Each Her Own,” Amy (Shailene Woodley) and Ricky (Daren Kagasoff) continue planning their wedding, so Amy buys her dress – at a thrift store. The dress is a little worse for wear – but only Amy sees the potential to make it great.

Meanwhile, Ricky is upset about the dress and Adrian (Francia Raisa) thinks the dress reflects her feelings about getting married. Kathy (Cierra Ramirez) is conflicted about going back home after having the baby, and Ethan begs his parents to let him fly to Texas with her to ask Kathy’s parents if she can stay.

Elsewhere, Jack (Greg Finley) is still recovering and is in love with Grace (Megan Park).

Debuting at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival tomorrow, the movie follows Sutter Keely (Teller) who lives in the now.

He’s a high school senior, charming and self-possessed, he’s the life of the party, loves his job at a men’s clothing store, and has no plans for the future. A budding alcoholic, he’s never far from his supersized, whisky-fortified 7UP cup. But after being dumped by his girlfriend, Sutter gets drunk and wakes up on a lawn with Aimee Finicky (Woodley) hovering over him.

Not a member of the cool crowd, she’s different: the “nice girl” who reads science fiction and doesn’t have a boyfriend. She does have dreams, while Sutter lives in a world of impressive self-delusion. And yet they’re drawn to each other.

“On my way to Sundance and the temperature just dropped about 20 degrees,” Miles tweeted.

In speaking with MTV, the 24-year-old actress dished about getting to know new co-star Shailene Woodley and if she was ready to fight for Andrew Garfield‘s Peter Parker in the movie.

“She’s really cool. I went to dinner with her,” she shared. “She’s really, really nice. She’s a cool girl.”

Emma added about the rivalry between Gwen and Shailene‘s Mary Jane Watson for Peter: “I think I am, I think I’m ready.”

The flick follows Sutter (Teller), a high school senior who lives for the moment; Aimee (Woodley) is the introvert he attempts to “save.” As their relationship deepens, the lines between right and wrong, friendship and love, and “saving” and corrupting become inextricably blurred.

Brie Larson, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Kyle Chandler also star.

The Spectacular Now will screen at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah in January.

Shailene Woodley heads to set of White Bird in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon (November 27).

The 20-year-old actress will star opposite Gabourey Sidibe, Shiloh Fernandez, Eva Green, and Chris Meloni in the Gregg Araki film, Deadline reports.

Shailene is expected to star as Chris‘ daughter, whose life is turned upside down when her mother goes missing.

Shailene recently participated in Variety‘s ‘Actors on Actors‘ segment by writing about her The Spectacular Now co-star Mary Elizabeth Winstead.

“I became so lost in the raw vulnerability of Mary‘s acute and accurate portrayal of an alcoholic woman, my mind seemed to forget that I was watching a movie starring an actress instead of observing a dear friend who was fighting personal inner battles,” Shailene gushed.
