Shawn Johnson stops to sign a few autographs before heading inside a dance studio on Sunday afternoon (November 4) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 20-year-old athlete has been juggling two dance partners all week long — Derek Hough and Mark Ballas and tonight, she’ll be reuniting on the dance floor with Mark for Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars.

“Everyone settle down. We all just want Derek to get better and be healthy. And in the mean time I’m here to help out my brother. #chill,” Mark tweeted about the partner change for this dance only.

As previously reported, Derek is nursing a neck injury.

JJJ Fun Fact: Shawn and Mark actually won the trophy on Dancing With the Stars back in 2009.

The 20-year-old athlete wore an Amanda Wakeley dress for the event where she presented an award.

Shawn is currently practicing next week’s dance for Dancing With The Stars: All-Stars with old partner Mark Ballas — but just for rehearsals.

“Thanks for the well wishes. I will eventually need surgery to fix it properly , until then I am going to try my hardest to heal up and get back in the game by Monday. Thanks for all the love,” Derek wrote to his fans about his neck injury.

Shawn told Zap2It, “He’s going to be in all the rehearsals helping choreograph and making sure it’s under his control if he steps back in Monday. It’s still Derek in the rehearsals — it’s Derek‘s choreography, it’s Derek’s creative. Mark will just stand in as the rehearsal, the movement of it.”

The two hit the floor and danced to Kenny Chesney‘s “She Thinks My Tractor’s Sexy,” which earned them a 28 out of 30.

During rehearsals for the week, Shawn re-injured the same knee that got her out of the Olympic games.

“The knee is OK, it’s a little sore at the moment but better than it was at the beginning of the week,” Shawn shared with EOnline.

Derek added, “For her to show any pain…I was scared. She doesn’t complain, she’s not a wuss. She’s a strong girl. It worried me for a while. I was happy [we could perform] but still cautious.”

Shawn Johnson keeps up the pace with her friends as she runs in the Rock ‘n’ Roll Los Angeles Halloween 1/2 Marathon in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon (October 28).

The 20-year-old athlete and Dancing With The Stars competitor came out to support the race which benefited the ASPCA.

“ASPCA Mini-marathon 5k this morning with my girls!! Could possibly be bringing home a dog today!” Shawn tweeted before the race started.

She added her stats, “Post race!! 7:30 pace for 4 miles! They tricked us!! #rnrla #seelarryrun.”

Shawn Johnson snaps a pic of Derek Hough with his Stetson on during Dancing With The Stars: All-Stars practice on Thursday afternoon (October 25) in Los Angeles.

Shawn Johnson painfully lets Derek Hough drift into the fog during their rhumba on Dancing With The Stars: All-Stars on Tuesday night (October 24) in Los Angeles.

The twosome performed a sensual dance to Celine Dion‘s “My Heart Will Go On” and scored 27 out of a total of 30 possible points.

“Knowing I made @derekhough proud is more rewarding than any judges score. Made myself proud tonight. Couldn’t be happier. #DWTS” Shawn tweeted afterwards.

Just the night before, Shawn and Derek participated in Team ‘Call Me Maybe’s group dance. The group took home a 59.5 score!

The two are hitting the dance studio hard for not only their individual dance but the group dance too.

Derek recently spoke to press (via People) about bringing Shawn up to a new level.

“My goal when I first got Shawn as a partner was to take her from a young girl, sweet and innocent, to a mature woman – sexy,” he shared. “And to get those comments from the judges … made me feel great.”
