Shawn Johnson gets dipped by pal and dancing partner Mark Ballas as they arrive at the 2009 CMT Music Awards held at the Sommet Center on Tuesday evening (June 16) in Nashville, Tenn.

The 17-year-old Olympian, wearing an Elizabeth and James strapless tulip dress, tweeted from the event, saying, “Just finished the red carpet at the CMTs OMG it’s hot out but Mark and I are presenting tonight make sure to tune in!!!”

Shawn is also nominated for a few Teen Choice Awards — TV: Female Reality/Variety Star and Other Stuff Athlete – Female. Be sure to vote for Shawn!

Shawn Johnson shows off her golden statuette backstage at Hollywood Life’s 11th Annual Young Hollywood Awards at The Eli and Edythe Broad Stage on Sunday (June 7) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 17-year-old Olympic gymnast was honored with the Young Hollywood Athlete Award. Shawn tweeted, “Finally finished the carpet!! So much fun now sitting in the theatre with Steve-O, my mama, and the DWTS crew. Had a great night and actually won an award for best Young Hollywood athlete!!! Omg so exciting and got to share it with amazing friends :)”

Shawn also stopped by A Time For Heroes Celebrity Carnival earlier in the afternoon. She shared, “Face painting time at the pediatric carnival!! Can’t wait to play around and have fun with the kids!!”

Olympian Shawn Johnson keeps close to Dodgers third baseman/fan Casey Blake at the L.A. Dodgers baseball game on Monday night (June 1).

The 17-year-old Dancing with the Stars champ threw out the first pitch of the game before the Dodgers played the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Dodgers lost 3-2.

Shawn recently told E Online that she had to send her mirrored ball trophy to the repair shop.

Professional partner and pal Mark Ballas shared, “We had to take them to New York and they shipped them back and when they opened the box, they were in pieces.”

The duo also attended the 2009 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday evening (May 31).

Dancing with the Stars champions Shawn Johnson and her professional partner Mark Ballas show off their dancing skills on Good Morning America in NYC on Wednesday morning (May 20).

Shawn, 17, is the youngest ever contestant and champion on the show since it started in 2005.

She shared about Mark with E Online after their win, saying, “He’s made me such a better person and brought my personality out and [it] really changed my life and I’ve loved every second of it.”

Mark revealed he was surprised about their win, saying, “I wanted to laugh and cry, all these emotions at once. I’m so proud of Shawn.”

Mitchel Musso snuggles up to gal pal Shawn Johnson as they arrive at the premiere of Terminator Salvation held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood on Thursday (May 14).

Shawn, one of the three Dancing with the Stars finalists, tweeted from the event, saying, “Terminator was great had a good time… Oh and just wanted to thank Mitchel for going with me!” Keep voting for her and partner Mark Ballas to win!
